"This hotel has THE BEST staff! The best location and the most beautiful tea room. Food is great. We had breakfast there every morning. We definitely will go back every year. Rooms are so quiet and beds are so comfortable The decoration is so beautiful. There is a small gym with basic equipment to get a good workout. Thank you !!"

"The clean staff were wonderful and all the staff would acknowledge you when they passed. Truly wonderful staff with the exception of the gentleman that checked us in and out. Everyone else was extremely pleasant and ready to assist. The gentleman that made our omelets on the weekend was amazing. We are Looking forward to booking the hotel on our next visit to London. Well Done!!!!"

"口コミ通りの素晴らしい滞在でした。 3歳の子ども連れなのでエリアの安全性も重視しました。閑静なエリアで安全性が高いうえ、至近距離に大型のSainsbury'sがあり毎日利用しました。駅までは10分ほど歩きますが特にグロスターロードまでは景色が良いしフラットアプローチなので苦になりません。 フロントの方はとてもフレンドリーでした。 お部屋も綺麗でキッチンには3日間しっかり自炊できる用品が揃っていました。 一点、ソファ下においてある布団がかなり埃っぽく使うのに咳込んでしまうのが少し残念でした。"

"The room size was brutal. The were two bunks with a small walkway nothing more. No room for luggage, no where to sit. The bathroom door was frosted glass so you could see people using the washroom. Bedding was never changed in the 8 days we were there. No lobby, just a small desk by the door with only someone there limited hours. So when our 1 roll of Toliet paper (for 5 people) ran out we had to go get our own as it wasn’t replenished until the next day (we had to request more)."

"Had good air con. We were in a basement room which was a nice room. No TV in the bar which would have been nice as the World Cup was on. You could get drinks and take them to your room. Would stay again."

"Spacious room , clean and well presented. Good breakfast, including cooked items that were tasty and well presented. Quirky touches to give some talking points - lift decor is unique and magnetic letter board is strangely addictive during lift journeys. Great location with plenty of eating options within easy walking distance, along with two tube stops. Nothing we didn’t like. Re-booked for another visit next year."

"The location was fantastic - it was on a very quiet side street only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, the tube and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and always willing and able to help. The room was basic, but had working air conditioning and a very convenient kitchen area, with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, which all came in handy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was great."

"I really recommend this hotel! All of the staff were so kind and welcoming, from the second we entered the hotel. It is the best hotel experience I’ve ever had and I will definitely come back. A cosy restaurant with fresh breakfast (we only had breakfast in the hotel) and very attentive staff there. We loved it!"
