"The place was very enjoyable. The area around the bar, Hotel was very safe and had a lot of small restaurants to eat at. The staff and the food were excellent. A short cab ride to Piccadilly Circle for all kinds of awesome shopping. We had a double room. Keep in mind rooms in England are not that large. The bathroom was excellent. I highly recommend this boutique hotel experience!"

This is not a complaint but the ironing bored was broken and the toilet brush in the main bathroom.we would love to stay again for week next time. "Loved this property and the decor. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is the beds, they look beautiful but the mattress hard and pillows weren’t very supportive. Despite this I would stay again (just might bring my own pillow haha)"

"Our apartment was wonderful with all the amenities you could need, and the building was safe, well lit, and clean with 24-hour front desk attendant and key cards to get into the building and between sections. It was nice to return to a safe quiet neighborhood at night, though if you're sightseeing it's a bit of a back and forth to get to the sights. The staff was so helpful and took care of everything we could need on our visit. Would definitely stay again."
