"The hotel is in a great location. Definitely pay for the park view rooms as it is beautiful and the view the other way overlooks a roof top in disrepair. Breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the underground station as most touristy spots are a few stops away. Kensington High Street has a lot of options for food and is clean. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. I recommend staying here is you want to stay in the Kensington area."

"The room was clean and had a coffee/tea bar. The shower was very small. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel and it felt private and pretty quiet. Also, location was great. Close to multiple tube stations and good walking distance to Notting Hill. There is a narrow stairway up to the lift and some stairs also to get to the rooms so it would not work for someone with mobility issues. "

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"Lovely little place to stay. Easily walk to two different Tube stations. Rooms are small, so may not work well for long stays. AC and heating work well. Everything was clean and well maintained. "

"We spent 2 weeks at the property over Spring Break and it was lovely. The rooms are decorated beautifully, the bathrooms are a little tired and go could with some sprucing up, but for our family of 3 it wasn’t a deal breaker. The location is top notch for getting around London, the room was so quiet and peaceful at night we couldn’t wait to get back to sleep. The staff were accommodating and the overall vibe of the hotel is awesome. Would definitely stay again! "

The bathroom and carpet in the room really needs a refresh - something that is apparently planned for the next year. All in all I would go back. "Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, wir durften auch früher in das Zimmer einchecken. Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, direkt neben dem HydePark. Frühstück hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Minuspunkte: die Zimmer wären von Vorteil wenn sie renoviert werden, vor allem das Badezimmer ist schon sehr veraltet. Jeden Tag Zimmerservice ist meiner Meinung nicht notwendig aber die Mistkübel zu entleeren wäre bei längerem Aufenthalt angebracht. Aber grundsätzlich haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem Hotel...

"Our apartment was wonderful with all the amenities you could need, and the building was safe, well lit, and clean with 24-hour front desk attendant and key cards to get into the building and between sections. It was nice to return to a safe quiet neighborhood at night, though if you're sightseeing it's a bit of a back and forth to get to the sights. The staff was so helpful and took care of everything we could need on our visit. Would definitely stay again."
