"The room was clean and had a coffee/tea bar. The shower was very small. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel and it felt private and pretty quiet. Also, location was great. Close to multiple tube stations and good walking distance to Notting Hill. There is a narrow stairway up to the lift and some stairs also to get to the rooms so it would not work for someone with mobility issues. "

"Left elevator was extremely slow when we went there and the 3rd elevator was out of order so they only had one elevator working; we just had to wait a little bit coming and going. Only other thought was their ADA accessible room was complete bare, no decor, no paint, no character, felt minimal and depressing, and the door was extremely heavy and hard to open and closed behind (no way to just leave it open) making getting in and out for a person with any sort of disability so much harder than it...

"Room was spotless and amazing decor, location etc. However when we arrived the heating had been set to 21 degrees and it was incredibly hot outside. The AC wouldn’t work and when I asked politely at reception I was told the ac hasn’t been put on for the whole building yet and to simply open a window…onto a main road in zone 1 London? I didn’t know if basic science was lacking amongst reception staff, but warm air from outside circulating inside will only keep things…warm. I raised this upon...

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"Wonderful apartment. Everything was new. The staff were super helpful and courteous. There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. Convenient location, walking distance to good restaurants and several tube stops and museums. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you Lexham Gardens. "

"The neighborhood is beautiful. We took a LOT of walks and saw lot's of neighborhoods. The buildings in the area looks so luxurious, there are a lot of hotels and Embassies around there. It's also right next to Hyde Park. The only downside is that there's really no shops or restaurants near by. The closest market is about 20 minutes walk. "Das Zimmer für 5 Personen war sehr klein. Die Betten waren ca 140cm breit und es wurde nur eine Bettdecke zur Verfügung gestellt. Als ich nachfragte, ob wir bitte eine zweite Bettdecke haben können - erhielt ich die Antwort, dass nur eine Bettdecke vorgesehen ist … ? Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig. Man konnte kaum schlafen, da es im Flur bzw. die anderen Zimmer bis 04:00 morgens sehr laut waren. Die Gegend jedoch ist sehr schön."
