"Tiny rooms. We were downgraded to a "cosy" room despite booking a "queen" which was ridiculously small. Management insisted the two rooms were the same (they were not). Finally moved to a queen room the 2nd night of our stay which was very small but acceptable. Both rooms had shower drains that did not drain with water overflowing into the bathroom. In both rooms you can hear the people in the rooms next door and hear people in their rooms from the hallway. Location is good. Beds are comfy. Stay...

"The staff were fantastic. We had an issue with the washer/dryer the day we checked in and it was resolved immidately. Annamarie and Amid were at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful in getting information on restaurants and activities around the apartment."

Staff was completely unhelpful/ not authorized to resolve issues (they pointed at a sign with a customer care number to call, but it required international dialing which we didn't have). Hotel interior was under construction with noise, mess, ladders in way that required moving, carpets covered in utility paper, etc. - none of this was disclosed prior (and should have been). No AC! (also, not disclosed!) - our lower level/basement room...

Our plans were disrupted by flight cancellations, which is understandable, but the Expedia Rep said we would receive a refund for the two nights that we were stranded. After we were charged the full amount, Expedia was nowhere to be found. We’ll never use them again!!"

"The location is the main draw but the apartment itself lacks on many fronts. I booked the basement studio with a patio. You'll struggle to haul luggage down the narrow stairwell to the lower ground. Studios are small and closely packed together so you can hear every door slam, every footstep and voices - this was frustrating when a neighbouring guest chose to blare loud music till 4AM. The upside is the studio kitchenette is very well-equipped with appliances too - facilities best accommodate...
