"Lovely little place to stay. Easily walk to two different Tube stations. Rooms are small, so may not work well for long stays. AC and heating work well. Everything was clean and well maintained. "

"The hotel is in a great location. Definitely pay for the park view rooms as it is beautiful and the view the other way overlooks a roof top in disrepair. Breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the underground station as most touristy spots are a few stops away. Kensington High Street has a lot of options for food and is clean. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. I recommend staying here is you want to stay in the Kensington area."

"Our apartment was wonderful with all the amenities you could need, and the building was safe, well lit, and clean with 24-hour front desk attendant and key cards to get into the building and between sections. It was nice to return to a safe quiet neighborhood at night, though if you're sightseeing it's a bit of a back and forth to get to the sights. The staff was so helpful and took care of everything we could need on our visit. Would definitely stay again."

"We spent 2 weeks at the property over Spring Break and it was lovely. The rooms are decorated beautifully, the bathrooms are a little tired and go could with some sprucing up, but for our family of 3 it wasn’t a deal breaker. The location is top notch for getting around London, the room was so quiet and peaceful at night we couldn’t wait to get back to sleep. The staff were accommodating and the overall vibe of the hotel is awesome. Would definitely stay again! "

"The room was clean and had a coffee/tea bar. The shower was very small. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel and it felt private and pretty quiet. Also, location was great. Close to multiple tube stations and good walking distance to Notting Hill. There is a narrow stairway up to the lift and some stairs also to get to the rooms so it would not work for someone with mobility issues. "

"I had a basement room which was very compact, but was clean and the bed was comfortable, there was also a mini fridge which was a real bonus and a decent sized tv. "

"Good location just opposite the Olympia. Rooms were clean but staircases could have done with some vacuum cleaning. Could not get in the room until 15:15 despite it being ready on arrival at 14:00. So I had lunch first in the pub - which was nice - but apparently I should have got a 10% discount for having a room booked. The guy at reception told me this after I already paid the bill and could not retrospectively rectify this ..."

"Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie im Angeboten beschrieben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Einzig eine Garderobe und ein Zahnputzbecher haben gefehlt. Aber die Jacken gingen direkt in den Schrank und eine Kaffeetasse wurde umfunktioniert. Dankeschön und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!! "

"Wonderful inc breakfast better than many higher star properties ,great central location and large tesco next door ,have stayed twice now and will stay again .rooms great for our family of three , there are sound rating issues but would stay again .staff great "

"I didnt have the breakfast but the restaurant is Malaysian food which is limiting for those who may want a wider variety. Rooms were clean, stafg was nice."
