"Fantastic newly opened hotel"

"Our apartment was wonderful with all the amenities you could need, and the building was safe, well lit, and clean with 24-hour front desk attendant and key cards to get into the building and between sections. It was nice to return to a safe quiet neighborhood at night, though if you're sightseeing it's a bit of a back and forth to get to the sights. The staff was so helpful and took care of everything we could need on our visit. Would definitely stay again."

"Small rooms with low ceilings in a great location. The hotel lobby and staff are excellent and they accommodate me with early check in at 8:30 am! Hard to beat that level of flexibility!"

"Check-in was a bit of a hassle, as there was some kind of issue going on. I waited quite a while. However, the staff was extremely understanding and helpful, and they did their best to get it resolved as soon as possible. In the end I was comfortably checked into my room and the rest of the stay was without any issues at all"

"Coffee is terrible, room was alright. They don’t clean it ever, and we stayed for four nights. Staff was unfriendly. Was not allowed to see the garden. "

"This is a beautiful hotel close to Earls Court tube making it easy to get around London. The decor is beautiful and would consider staying again in the summer as the garden is lovely. We were welcomed warmly on arrival and were delighted to receive a room upgrade snd be able to check in even though we were 4 hours before usual check in time. The room was lovely. Unfortunately we found the bed too hard for us which impacted our nights sleep but I don’t blame the hotel (everyone is different ☺️)....

"Blackbird was such a great hotel! Check in super easy, my room was absolutely adorable, with a super comfy bed, breakfast was delicious, all staff were amazing, and I was across from the Tube...best hotel by far, will definitely return!"

"To be honest, the hotel was much better before the renovation and change of name. The beds were more comfortable and the rooms were roomier. I was also really upset that you removed the refrigerator and the microwave. It's always nice to be able to heat something up and keep cold items. Very disappointing. This was my third time at this location but I won't be returning sadly. Also, I'm not in London to watch television but so many channels were gone :( "

"We had an excellent stay at Hotel Xenia. Great location, incredibly helpful and kind staff, and a clean and lovely room. We have already recommended it to some friends who are planning a London trip for later this year! We were there for eight days and they generously accommodated an early check-in, helped us move rooms easily when we realized we needed more space, and even helped re-route a package that we had previously scheduled. It's very close to Earl's Court station and walking distance...

"The location is excellent, the staff are great, and the room (a studio) was surprisingly spacious. There is no housekeeping other than emptying the bin (which is fine, just noting it). The lighting was terrible. I had to use my phone flashlight to see anything in the kitchen or in the wardrobes after dusk. Other than that, it is excellent value in an area with some very expensive hotels and small rooms. "

"Die Zimmer sind klassisch eingerichten und ein Kapselkaffeemaschine war auch im Zimmer. Unser Schüssel für den Haupteingang und dem Zimmer war eine App die auch den Handy zu laden ist. Bei Android wurde gewarnt die externe App runterzuladen, da sie wohl nicht nach dem neusten Standards war. Trotzdem installiert und es hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Nur 5-10 Minuten zur Underground Station Earls Court, wo man direkt ins Zentrum von London gelangen kann. Es gibt einen kleinen Food Laden an...

"Staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Also via the Expedia App the hotel staff messaged and the interactions were helpful. Room was tired but comfortable and clean. The air con did not appear to function overly well. Big shame that they do not have a more eco-friendly approach. Using re-fillable dispensers for example. Lots of plastic waste. "
