Bed bugs. I am leaving with bed bug bites on my hands and wouldn't be surprised if they spread. I stayed here for 3 days, arrived, and there was no fitted sheet, simply just a cushioned thing on the mattress, and I could see the bare mattress. It was disgusting, and the toilet seat was not even connected to the actual toilet base. Past 10PM, there was no one at the front desk, which I believe is a huge safety issue. There are no in-room phones, and my room didnt get cleaned once. Most hotels do daily cleanings, and I wouldn't be surprised if they barely cleaned between guests. While this hotel is aesthetic, it's disgusting and clearly unclean. Do not stay here.

Excellent breakfast, restaurant and overall hotel vibe is exquisite. The toilet is a bit off but very spacious the little partition thing doesn't really blocking water splash out from the shower the floor will be pretty wet but do dry very quickly.

Interesting place that suffers from a lack of identity and staff. Is it apartments or is it a hotel? I really loved the style and decor of the place. Lots of cool lounge spaces and pretty rooms with a really nice corner sofa and a kitchenette. But these additions meant the double beds are really squeezed in. I bashed my shin on it several times. 2 lifts, one was broken and the other was slow and sounded like it was about to break. Got to our room to find there was no toilet roll. Odd but even stranger was the receptions attitude to what was a clear problem. "Oh well housekeeping has gone now" - Implication being - "Tough" - Followed by rolled eyes and eventually they got some. My colleagues in other rooms had similar issues with this. We were there almost a week. They don't clean your rooms unless you ask. Which rules out new towels too. The really fun part was breakfast. They seemed genuinely surprised by the number of guests they had. Day 1 I did get a breakfast but it took 35 mins to arrive by which time I was late and could only eat half of it. No cows milk and 4 types of alternative milk. Day 2 - No alternative milk but cows milk. No cups. No markings on Coffee / Tea / Milk so it was literally pot luck. After placing my order they informed me 10 minutes later that they were no longer taking orders for breakfast and mine wouldn't come Day 3 - Didn't try for breakfast Day 4 to 6 - Arrived at breakfast at 7.30 - No further problems I'm sure the problems were due to staff sh

Room and bathroom is particularly ran down. Room was very dusty so obviously not cleaned thoroughly. Toilet didn’t flush properly. On a very busy road. Room is far too small to have a kitchenette in it.

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. We loved how the room was decorated, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable day. In particular, we found the kitchenette to be well appointed. The location was very convenient, only a few minutes walk from Earl’s Court tube station, and despite the hotel being located on a busy road, it was very quiet in the room so we could sleep. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was well situated with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby however room looked a bit dated and could have done with a deeper clean. The grout in the shower was stained, fabric on the furniture had stains and there was spilt coffee on the table when we checked in.

I really enjoyed the ambience of the hotel and my room. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had ample counter space. Everyone I encountered were extremely kind and took great care in what they were doing. For the room and the location, it was a great value. I wish I had tried the pizza. :(

We were unfortunately quite disappointed with our recent stay. We chose to upgrade our room and paid extra, so we were expecting a noticeably higher standard than what we experienced. Upon arrival, the room did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. The table clearly needed a proper wipe, and when we pulled the bed slightly away from the wall, we found a woman’s top behind it, which we left in the room. This raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and attention to detail. Additionally, one of the bedside lights was not working, and the headboard had visible marks on it. These issues made the room feel poorly maintained and not up to the standard we would expect — particularly given the additional amount we paid for the upgrade.

This is my second time staying here, and to be honest, if it wasn’t for the location, I’m not sure that I would again. The staff are pleasant and I love the aesthetics, but it’s the little things that have all added up this trip. From a bit of black mould in the shower, chipped and peeling paint in the bathroom and how most of the cutlery in the suite were dirty/had yogurt/soap on them. I like all the perks that you get with their loyalty program (early check in/out) but again, I might look at what else is near the next time.

Staff were great. However, our room smelt like it had been smoked in. Air conditioning was stuck on heat so had to sleep with the window open by busy high street.

The service in this hotel was very friendly but the overwhelming smell of sandalwood incense everywhere was irritating and cleaning standards were not exactly first world. There was food stuck to the table in my room. They only empty the trash or make the bed if you've been there for more than seven days. After five days the trash starts to pile up. So it didn't exactly feel like a four-star hotel.

we love this hotel did two trips to London recently and stayed there both times. very friendly staff, rooms were spotlessly clean, wonderful shampoo, very warm and cozy in January, stunning decor, steps from earls court station, and great cafe and restaurant
