"Hotel was excellent. I would definitely use it again if visiting west London as well situated for this part of town. However, reliance on tubes became an issue in the heat as it would appear the circle line wasn’t the best. I would als confirm it was very hot."

"Nice central location, great rooms, clean. Only issue was I completed a request (on the back of a mail from them) to book a parking spot -heard nothing, could not get through on any number to the hotel, so had to park half an hour away at Westfield which wasn't ideal. Hopefully a one off - but the rest of the stay was great"

"This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train. My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price. We were really happy and I’d recommend this location."

"Quiet place at Earl's Court. Easy walking distance to restaurants, etc. Room was comfortable but super small - especially the shower - but that's London for you. My only significant complaint is that all four pillows were quite thick & very hard. I asked about getting a thinner / softer pillow but no luck. Unfortunately it affected my sleep to the point that I would not stay again (silly but true - not everyone likes thick hard pillows)."

"Great introduction to London. Our room was spacious, air conditioning was excellent. It’s the kind of hotel where, if you wanted to relax in your room for a few hours, you could really stretch out. Like a neighborhood bed and breakfast but with a full bar and restaurant."

"Even though check in is at 3pm, our room was not ready when I came in at 4 pm...had to put in repeated requests since I had a wedding dinner to attend and then the person at the front desk gave me an alternate room, which was rather tiny for 2 people. They do provide a drink voucher in lieu of forgoing housekeeping, which is a nice touch"

"If you want a good location and do not care about sunlight, lugging your belongings up flights of narrow stairwells, an unexplained putrid smell, cheap springy mattresses, lack of bathroom shelves, dark surroundings, views of bricks walls (not the advertised park), a non-responsive host (we blew a kitchen fuse by operating the toaster at the same time the lights were on!), questionable art & dark moody wall colours then this place might just be for you!! "The property is located within short walking distance from Earls Court station and Gloucester Road. I loved how spacious this hotel was including all the amenities we needed. The staff were all lovely and accommodating - we requested an extra blanket, mirror to do our makeup, and late checkout and they were super lovely and helpful."

"Booked 3 double rooms all clean and tidy. The only complaint was the ground floor basement room was next to the kitchen and very noisy at breakfast time with no window or view! Make sure you dont get this one! Breakfast was lovely though. 😁"

"This time we booked this hotel thru Expedia. Hotel staffs were all friendly and kind, especially Ms. Sharmin and her husband at breakfast area did great job during our stay. Although, breakfast quality was so good, more than my expectations. We loved that stay. Only one negative point was room aircon did not work good manners. Thank you Residence inn!"
