"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. We stayed for 3 nights but for longer stays the lack of storage would be uncomfortable since you’re practically living out of your suitcase. Very...

"Breakfast was not that tasty. Over priced for the quality of food you get as was dinner. But the room was nice. Bed was really comfortable. Staff was very friendly. And the location of hotel to public transportation and restaurants was good as well. "

There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. "The staff were fantastic. We had an issue with the washer/dryer the day we checked in and it was resolved immidately. Annamarie and Amid were at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful in getting information on restaurants and activities around the apartment."

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"Wir waren für drei Nächte im Hotel und sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein, aber wir haben das mit Humor genommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das englische Frühstück muss man mögen, wir tun das definitiv nicht. Dennoch war alles frisch und wir sind satt geworden. Eine U-Bahn Station ist dir vor der Tür sowie eine Busstation. Mit beiden kommt man in ca.30 Minuten zu den beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir würden wiederkommen!"
