"Was there for a few days during a busy period. Location extremely convenient to the Olympia venue. Extremely happy with the large room, staff and breakfast. The only downside really were the crowded elevators during busy periods. You need to plan for the elevator time in your schedule if you don’t want to be late. "

"Bed bugs. I am leaving with bed bug bites on my hands and wouldn't be surprised if they spread. I stayed here for 3 days, arrived, and there was no fitted sheet, simply just a cushioned thing on the mattress, and I could see the bare mattress. It was disgusting, and the toilet seat was not even connected to the actual toilet base. Past 10PM, there was no one at the front desk, which I believe is a huge safety issue. There are no in-room phones, and my room didnt get cleaned once. Most hotels do daily cleanings, and I wouldn't be surprised if they barely cleaned between guests. While this hotel is aesthetic, it's disgusting and clearly unclean. Do not stay here. "
