"Terrific location adjacent to Kensington Park and a short walk to the Palace. Room had a sitting area that felt roomy for two travelers. Staff were very helpful & courteous. Didn’t get to try the restaurant but the coffee station available every morning was much appreciated!"

"Wonderful apartment. Everything was new. The staff were super helpful and courteous. There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. Convenient location, walking distance to good restaurants and several tube stops and museums. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you Lexham Gardens. "

"Great location for visiting Notting Hill. A little pricey for what is essentially minimalist self-service in a trendy wrapper. Like they had his cool budget concept, but forgot to lower the price. ;) More of an Amsterdam Hostel vibe - which is fine if that's what you came for. For a similar price at other London hotels I had helpful staff jumping to assist with check-in, luggage, cabs and what to-do. Not so much here. I wasn't unhappy and would stay again if the price was right. It was...

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"The staff were fantastic. We had an issue with the washer/dryer the day we checked in and it was resolved immidately. Annamarie and Amid were at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful in getting information on restaurants and activities around the apartment."

"There were ants in the bathroom which I discovered very late at night coming back to my hotel room! I was already thinking of shortening my two day stay to one night due to a change in travel plans but this confirmed cutting my stay short. When I checked out promptly the next morning and showed them photos and videos of the ants, they only said sorry, we can switch you to a different room. I knew this was going to be a no frills place to stay given the price point but this was terrible."

"I had a basement room which was very compact, but was clean and the bed was comfortable, there was also a mini fridge which was a real bonus and a decent sized tv. "

"Upon arrival the check in the lady informed us that we would get an “upgraded room”, then her superior (as she referred to her) told her she needed to find us another room since floor 8 was having AC issues. We get our room which turns out not to be an upgrade and the AC does not work. They sent someone to look at it and we ended up getting us a portable AC unit which took room in the already small room. At breakfast we were told the first could have days to sit wherever, from the third day on...
