There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. "Great location for visiting Notting Hill. A little pricey for what is essentially minimalist self-service in a trendy wrapper. Like they had his cool budget concept, but forgot to lower the price. ;) More of an Amsterdam Hostel vibe - which is fine if that's what you came for. For a similar price at other London hotels I had helpful staff jumping to assist with check-in, luggage, cabs and what to-do. Not so much here. I wasn't unhappy and would stay again if the price was right. It was...

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). "There were ants in the bathroom which I discovered very late at night coming back to my hotel room! I was already thinking of shortening my two day stay to one night due to a change in travel plans but this confirmed cutting my stay short. When I checked out promptly the next morning and showed them photos and videos of the ants, they only said sorry, we can switch you to a different room. I knew this was going to be a no frills place to stay given the price point but this was terrible."
