"Wasn’t as good in person as the images and reviews suggested. It was fine and the staff were friendly but the room wasn’t the cleanest and the bathrooms not good. The floor tiles were all cracked and just didn’t seem very clean."

"The Miiro Templeton Garden Hotel is beautifully designed, the public rooms as well as individual rooms. It is comfortable & serene, with a wonderful garden in the rear with places for sitting & reading or eating outdoors. The room decor has a sense of calm: headboards in moss green with simple matte wood edging that echoes the wood furniture. "There was construction during our stay. Make sure to get a room that is not close to it. "

"Wonderful apartment. Everything was new. The staff were super helpful and courteous. There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. Convenient location, walking distance to good restaurants and several tube stops and museums. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you Lexham Gardens. "

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"The staff were fantastic. We had an issue with the washer/dryer the day we checked in and it was resolved immidately. Annamarie and Amid were at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful in getting information on restaurants and activities around the apartment."

"The room was clean and had a coffee/tea bar. The shower was very small. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel and it felt private and pretty quiet. Also, location was great. Close to multiple tube stations and good walking distance to Notting Hill. There is a narrow stairway up to the lift and some stairs also to get to the rooms so it would not work for someone with mobility issues. "

"Lovely property in a beautiful area.And close to a subway (underground) station as well as a large grocery store. There is a train line that runs behind the hotel but I never heard any trains go by. They have a laundry room with approximately 12 machines (6 washers, 6 dryers) There was a hiccup when I checked in (IT issue) but the staff managed to make the best of the situation until the issue was resolved."

"I had a basement room which was very compact, but was clean and the bed was comfortable, there was also a mini fridge which was a real bonus and a decent sized tv. "
