"Lovely little place to stay. Easily walk to two different Tube stations. Rooms are small, so may not work well for long stays. AC and heating work well. Everything was clean and well maintained. "

"Shocked by the positive reviews!! This place is all looks and no substance. The entrance smells nice, but that’s where it ends. Corridors stink, carpets are filthy, and the room was disgustingly dirty. Socks turned black from the floor, carpets stained, and the toilet seat was dirty with hairs on it! genuinely made me feel sick even writing this. We asked to move rooms and got zero apology, just told there were no housekeepers. The second room was barely any better. Staff showed no sympathy at...

"It was a wonderful, first class hotel. The staff, the room and the restaurant couldn't have been better."

"Our apartment was wonderful with all the amenities you could need, and the building was safe, well lit, and clean with 24-hour front desk attendant and key cards to get into the building and between sections. It was nice to return to a safe quiet neighborhood at night, though if you're sightseeing it's a bit of a back and forth to get to the sights. The staff was so helpful and took care of everything we could need on our visit. Would definitely stay again."

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"The room was clean and had a coffee/tea bar. The shower was very small. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel and it felt private and pretty quiet. Also, location was great. Close to multiple tube stations and good walking distance to Notting Hill. There is a narrow stairway up to the lift and some stairs also to get to the rooms so it would not work for someone with mobility issues. "

"Beautiful lhotel, perfect for couples. Modern room and facilites, beds were very comfortable with memory foam pillows. For the price, it was a steal."

"I had a basement room which was very compact, but was clean and the bed was comfortable, there was also a mini fridge which was a real bonus and a decent sized tv. "

"Great hotel in a very good location. I liked the room (with a bath, a nice bonus). The swimming pool is fantastic, unfortunately the jacuzzi and steam room were out of action. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff."

"Good location just opposite the Olympia. Rooms were clean but staircases could have done with some vacuum cleaning. Could not get in the room until 15:15 despite it being ready on arrival at 14:00. So I had lunch first in the pub - which was nice - but apparently I should have got a 10% discount for having a room booked. The guy at reception told me this after I already paid the bill and could not retrospectively rectify this ..."

"Room was clean, breakfast was great with many options and awesome staff. Having free laundry was a great add on. Please good to go home with clean clothes. Location was great as it was close to the tube and buses. Also having a supermarket close as well was awesome. "
