"This is the second time I have stayed here and I cannot fault it for the price. It’s modern inside, very clean, comfortable and affordable. Plus it’s in a good location. Staff are very nice and friendly and they provide free water on tap with glass bottle provided for you to keep refilling and take into your room. If I ever need a cheap hotel room in London for the night I would always choose this one. "

"We throughly enjoyed our stay. Evidently the hotel is New New, everything is perfect. Even the carpets smelt New. We stayed in a 6 berth, 2 double bunks and a single set of bunk beds, which for 5 of us was perfect. The room itself was large with plenty of space. The accessible shower/WC provided plenty of space. I would urge the management to keep a close eye on the fixtures of the metal bed frames, with frequent use these will become loose and the bed frames will squeak!! The provision of USB both A and C by the side of every bed is a cracking idea. The shelf with the coffee machine could be a little larger, as the machine has to sit sideways! The free water cartons and coffee facilities were a nice touch. My wife made use of the provided hair dryer. Perfectly located near to Earls Court tube station. Some other hotel chains could learn a thing or two regarding the bunk beds for larger family groups without the need to purchase 2 rooms with an adjoining door. We would definitely consider staying again when the time comes."

"Great welcome surprise from Sarah A in our room for our son. Was a really nice stay. Bedroom was spacious for 3 of us and the bathroom was nicely done. The shower wasn’t the best - the head wouldn’t stay up and the pressure wasn’t the best. I did report and am confident they will fix for the next guest. Breakfast is good but busy! Each morning we were there between 8-9 and it was rammed! Good selection and the staff worked really hard to clear the tables to turn around for the next guest. "
