"I had a lovely stay at the Ember Locke Kensington this summer! The hotel itself is beautiful, fantastic bar and restaurant down in the lobby area. The room was fantastic and all of the staff were very kind & helpful. There's great options for food and pubs in the area & it's easy to hop on the bus or the tube to get around the city. I'd certainly recommend staying here! "

"Great Pub/Hotel in a great location. Earls Court station was across the street and you could walk to Kennsington Palace and Hyde Park. We took the hoho bus which had a stop about 15 mins from the pub/hotel. Food and service were great, breakfast was awesome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There were stairs to the rooms even if you took the lift a need to know for anyone with mobility issues. Would recommend for anyone wanting to visit London."

From Tim as the doorman, and Jorge and Stephen as the Concierge staff, we were well taken care of and they truly represented Milestone's 5 star status. The room was also outstanding with a lot of character. We stayed in the Matisse suite with authentic Matisse artwork. Wow! Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again.
