"This hotel has THE BEST staff! The best location and the most beautiful tea room. Food is great. We had breakfast there every morning. We definitely will go back every year. Rooms are so quiet and beds are so comfortable The decoration is so beautiful. There is a small gym with basic equipment to get a good workout. Thank you !!"

"Our stay at Ember Locke was more than accommodating. Nosh at the front desk (I hope that’s right) was very helpful our first day allowing us to check in a little early after a long flight. The staff was very friendly and we appreciated the convenience of a kitchenette in our room as well as the availability of Eve in the lobby for a quick bite or a coffee in the morning."

"We loved our stay at The Laslett. The location was perfect to get to Central London as well as Wimbledon and there are so many great restaurants near the hotel itself. Isabella at the Front Desk was exceptionally helpful to us during our stay, and our room was immaculate and spacious. Also arranged for a fantastic massage treatment in the hotel's spa which was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent value. Basic but very clean, great location, good VFM. For 2 nights stay in Earls Court. Excellent AC, gteat shower. Cheap, not flash, cannot fault it."

"The location was fantastic - it was on a very quiet side street only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, the tube and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and always willing and able to help. The room was basic, but had working air conditioning and a very convenient kitchen area, with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, which all came in handy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was great."

"I really recommend this hotel! All of the staff were so kind and welcoming, from the second we entered the hotel. It is the best hotel experience I’ve ever had and I will definitely come back. A cosy restaurant with fresh breakfast (we only had breakfast in the hotel) and very attentive staff there. We loved it!"

"Great location, nice room, however no counter space in bathroom for private toiletries, and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. No vegan options in restaurant, however many close by that were absolutely delicious! Very clean hotel and nice staff!"

"This hotel is in a prime location for exploring London. It’s steps away from the Earl’s Court Underground. Rooms were large for a European hotel. Breakfast was delicious and had a large variety. Service was excellent. Great for families traveling. Short 25 minute cab ride from Heathrow or take the underground directly in about 35 minutes. Will definitely stay again!"
