"Tiny rooms. We were downgraded to a "cosy" room despite booking a "queen" which was ridiculously small. Management insisted the two rooms were the same (they were not). Finally moved to a queen room the 2nd night of our stay which was very small but acceptable. Both rooms had shower drains that did not drain with water overflowing into the bathroom. No phone in room, no doorman help with bags or luggage up to room, young and hip staff to support look and feel but service goes a long way in this industry and it lacked attention and genuine helpfulness for the price paid"
