"Very nice location, near nice shops, the bus line and access to the underground. Room size is as advertised, which may not be suitable for those who travel with a large suitcase per person. Shower pressure was very nice."

"Läget på hotellet är bra, det är enkelt att ta sig till och från. Snabbheten i restaurangen är inte den kvickaste, men ändå ok. Det som var tråkigt denna gången (vi brukar bo här i samband med Chelsea Flower Show) var attityden på frukosten. Det tog oss 15minuter att få vår kaffe och de som kom efter oss fick både sina kaffe och omeletter före oss. Vi påtalade detta vid utcheckning och gick till svar att det var ju tråkigt att höra. Inte riktigt vad man väntar sig av ett hotell i denna klass."

"The hotel is really local to everything - we booked a petite room and it was definitely small, but very comfortable. Close to a lot of shops, museums and the royal albert hall. Would definitely visit again."

"The staff are very nice, and the room is tiny but clean. The air conditioning works great, which made for a very comfortable stay. There are also plenty of shops nearby, and the location is conveniently close to the subway."

Most importantly, a hugely helpful and accommodating team of guest focused staff. The private garden an absolute treasure in London. A total holiday feel while on a business trip. "I had an accessible room on the 2nd floor (2040). It was perfect for my needs and was well equipped. The hotel asked me to fill in a short form for a personal evaluation plan which shows they take people with a disability serious and have their interests at heart. Breakfast was excellent and throughout the hotel all staff were both helpful and friendly. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in and would return too."

"Ruby Zoe was a great place to stay for my husband and I. We did have to walk or bus to many main attractions, but we found many excellent restaurants and pubs in the area. I would recommend!"

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"The staff were fantastic. We had an issue with the washer/dryer the day we checked in and it was resolved immidately. Annamarie and Amid were at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful in getting information on restaurants and activities around the apartment."

"Just spent nearly a week at the Copthorne Tara. Room was a bit shabby and dated ( although I don’t care about the latter), but clean. And for what I paid, the size of the room was great, and it was just a standard double. Staff helpful. Excellent location near the High Street Kensington Tube stop, and Hyde Park-Kensington Gardens, which is important to me because I love wandering through that park."
