"Even though check in is at 3pm, our room was not ready when I came in at 4 pm...had to put in repeated requests since I had a wedding dinner to attend and then the person at the front desk gave me an alternate room, which was rather tiny for 2 people. They do provide a drink voucher in lieu of forgoing housekeeping, which is a nice touch"

"At first we were placed in a room that was cramped with a bed anchored against a wall and neither of us could sleep in this cramped space. We tried unsuccessfully to sleep for 3 nights at which point we decided we would have to go elsewhere for the remainder if our stay as the night manager indicated the hotel was full. "This is a fantastic hotel. From the moment I entered it the front desk team were helpful and took my bags to my room. The restaurant staff were able to answer my questions including verifying none of the meat is halal. The room service I ordered was great and the room was tidy with plenty of surprise treats (chocolates and a letter!). It's in a great location and I would definitely stay here again."
