"All the staff are friendly and helpful at this well-located hotel, near Earl’s Court. The decor has a style and originality, the room was clean, comfortable, and the whole place has a beautiful smell. I had a garden room, which is quiet, if a little dark. There is a cafe and restaurant serving a decent enough menu. I would definitely stay here again - highly recommended. "

"Our apartment was wonderful with all the amenities you could need, and the building was safe, well lit, and clean with 24-hour front desk attendant and key cards to get into the building and between sections. It was nice to return to a safe quiet neighborhood at night, though if you're sightseeing it's a bit of a back and forth to get to the sights. The staff was so helpful and took care of everything we could need on our visit. Would definitely stay again."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. First time and the beds and pillows were comfy. The facilities were ideal free coffee and tea and hot chocolate although could have done with some fruit teas!! Would stay again and recommend it too friends and family."
