"Funky room but not functional, too small and dark in bathroom even with the lights on. Otherwise ,a good convenient hotel."

"​I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Since my room faced the garden side, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. ​The staff were all so kind and welcoming. The only minor thing was that the entrance door felt a bit heavy, but it wasn't a big deal. I would love to stay here again!"

"This property has a beautiful garden. A new owner did a nice job of rehabbing the property about 2 years ago. The rooms are quite nice, and it’s a decent value by london standards. I have stayed here several times (in Dec ‘25 and April ‘26). I used to also stay here even more frequently under the prior owners. It’s a very convenient location near the earls court tube station. If you use a wheelchair, I would not recommend. The bar and restaurant are both good. You don’t get much help with...

"Wonderful apartment. Everything was new. The staff were super helpful and courteous. There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. Convenient location, walking distance to good restaurants and several tube stops and museums. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you Lexham Gardens. "

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"Great to have Nespresso coffee. Nice large room although small bathroom. Great pub meal in the evening, and great breakfast - the (loud and older) breakfast 'maitre de' did the work of 5 young staff! 👏"

"Small, but nice rooms."

"Left elevator was extremely slow when we went there and the 3rd elevator was out of order so they only had one elevator working; we just had to wait a little bit coming and going. Only other thought was their ADA accessible room was complete bare, no decor, no paint, no character, felt minimal and depressing, and the door was extremely heavy and hard to open and closed behind (no way to just leave it open) making getting in and out for a person with any sort of disability so much harder than it...

"The room was clean and had a coffee/tea bar. The shower was very small. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel and it felt private and pretty quiet. Also, location was great. Close to multiple tube stations and good walking distance to Notting Hill. There is a narrow stairway up to the lift and some stairs also to get to the rooms so it would not work for someone with mobility issues. "

"The staff was still nice and helpful. The breakfast was just enough to get your day stated. The room service they offer was bad, food was cool although a lot, and they substituted our desserts, so very disappointing. I did realize the day after we checked out I had left my medical boot in the closet. Attempts to get in touch with the hotel regarding this has been disappointing, no answers or responses via email or text"

"Location and staff"

"The bed was to short for me. I am 185cm. Lots of noise from the rooms around me. I could hear every time they went to the bathroom. I could also hear the water in the drainpipe. The ventilation control panel went into error mode and woke me up due to the light from the control panel. All in all not a good night. The staff have learned everything they say to you from a notebook. You are just a number and get information you dont need or have asked for."

"I had a basement room which was very compact, but was clean and the bed was comfortable, there was also a mini fridge which was a real bonus and a decent sized tv. "

"Breakfast buffet was great, staff was really friendly I had sprained my ankle shortly before arriving and they gave me ice everyday so I could ice my ankle to heip with the swelling "
