There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. "Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"This hotel turned out to be a very pleasant surprise on our recent trip. By London standards, the room felt almost… spacious (yes, really!). The price included a solid breakfast—nothing overly fancy, but plenty of options and everything well prepared. The location in Kensington is a big plus. The apartment is very spacious, a short walk from Earl's Court station, which has both District and Piccadilly lines, and there are grocery stores nearby :) When at the station, take the Earl’s Court Road exit and turn left towards the hotel.
