"Wonderful apartment. Everything was new. The staff were super helpful and courteous. There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. Convenient location, walking distance to good restaurants and several tube stops and museums. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you Lexham Gardens. "

Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"Really unique small hotel in Kensington. Fabulous decor. Lovely clean & comfortable compact and beju room with everything you need. We had a front room by the busy road which was a little noisy as London doesn't sleep, but it was fine. Nice shower & Penhaligons toiletries. "

This is not a complaint but the ironing bored was broken and the toilet brush in the main bathroom.we would love to stay again for week next time. The price included a solid breakfast—nothing overly fancy, but plenty of options and everything well prepared. The location in Kensington is a big plus. "Point A near Earl’s Court is my go to hotel for London. Perfect neighborhood location, close to all transportation options and great start for walking tours. Easy check in with friendly staff. We took advantage of the lounge area in the evenings. Location is perfect. You are between two tube stops - Gloucester and Earls Court and you are in walking distance to the V&A and History Museum. It is easy to walk here and this area felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again. "
