"June 2026; 2ppl; 7 nights; "Cosy Double with Window"; Top-floor; Front. Room: Size euro normal; smaller if used to NA hotels, but found completely adequate and comfortable for 2ppl and our luggage. Light blocking curtains. Zero street noise. Bed comfortable. Smart-tv, hair dryer, coat hangers, safe, and fold out chair. Clean and newer furnishings. Room AC managed 30C+ heat fine. Elevator quick and roomy. Minor suggestions: Bathroom latch update; Add a folding luggage stand. Breakfast: Worth it and quality: good pastries. Can take to go. More than enough variety for my tastes, but check photos of spread if particular. Eating area quiet, comfortable and spaced/planned well. Never had to hunt for a seat. Staff cleared and cleaned tables swiftly. Staff: Friendly, available, and accommodating. Check-in quick/easy; will hold luggage for 3p (standard). Location: Area pleasant, close shops, good Tube access (District/Piccadilly direct to most places). Tip: For pleasanter walking route to Tube: take a right on hotel exit and use crossing just down the road. During stay building exterior was damaged and needed immediate repair work; necessitating brief room access. Unfortunately partner was bedridden with illness for the day, staff handled situation professionally and were very empathetic and proactively accommodating; providing temporary room for duration. Unexpectedly and generously; they have actually since opted to refund the night for the inconvenience. Would book again."

"Had a great stay, would definitely return. Good value for money and great location. The air conditioning was an absolute godsend in the recent weather! Some areas of the room looked tired but not enough to cause an issue or put us off returning. Slept well and couldn’t hear anything from outside the property."

"Lovely 2 night stay, excellent breakfast, shout out to all staff esp Samir at the breakfast restaurant. Centrally located with good transport options, restaurants, shopping. Pls check carefully the nearest lift to your room, otherwise you will be walking along corridors and navigating needless steps. Take the regular bus to the tube, Olympia station is not convenient."

"The hotel has been recently remodeled from what I see. Rooms are small, typical for London, but very clean and well-lighted. Plenty of AC and USB outlets. There is no TV or a chair in our room. WiFi was marginal in our room, but staff seemed to get it working much better on our second day. Hotel is in a quiet location with plenty of restaurants nearby on Earls Court Road. There is no lounge or TV room which would be helpful."

"Excellent location and reception staff. Breakfasts are good but poorly staffed especially in Executive and only a few electronic coffee machines which take forever to make a coffee creating long lines when you want an efficient breakfast in London before meetings and sightseeing."

"Omg on a hot day to walk on this hotel was bliss. Offered flavoured water straight away and had a few refills of cold water while waiting for room We were really early and they got are room ready for us within half an hour at least an hour before check in. There is air conditioning on rooms but still too warm on this heatwave for us so they offered a fan and delivered within 5 mins. Comfy beds. Lovely shower. And oh a fridge was a godsend with 2 free bottles of water. Nice size TV. When I went back for my bags on day 2 as they do a free luggage service before and after stay again was given cold water and refil. Very welcome when 33 degrees outside."
