"Beautiful hotel, especially for the Price"

"Room was spotless and amazing decor, location etc. However when we arrived the heating had been set to 21 degrees and it was incredibly hot outside. The AC wouldn’t work and when I asked politely at reception I was told the ac hasn’t been put on for the whole building yet and to simply open a window…onto a main road in zone 1 London? I didn’t know if basic science was lacking amongst reception staff, but warm air from outside circulating inside will only keep things…warm. I raised this upon...

"Fantastic stay for the night before wedding day. Hotel surprised with special in room amenities (cake, fruit and…champagne!). Ivana at front desk was amazing. Hotel has the best room with view of Kensington Gardens and London skyline."

"Wonderful apartment. Everything was new. The staff were super helpful and courteous. There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. Convenient location, walking distance to good restaurants and several tube stops and museums. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you Lexham Gardens. "

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"The hotel is well located, there is a metro station close by and it’s connected to the main city center within minutes. The staff is super friendly and they are always open to help!"

" Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Cleanliness My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was incorrectly charged despite having prepaid. After proving I had paid, then the FD decided to double check on her side. The biggest issue, however, was the condition of the room. I found dirty underwear under the bathroom sink and a wig under the couch—completely unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. I had to call multiple times before...

"The room was clean and had a coffee/tea bar. The shower was very small. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel and it felt private and pretty quiet. Also, location was great. Close to multiple tube stations and good walking distance to Notting Hill. There is a narrow stairway up to the lift and some stairs also to get to the rooms so it would not work for someone with mobility issues. "

"Left elevator was extremely slow when we went there and the 3rd elevator was out of order so they only had one elevator working; we just had to wait a little bit coming and going. Only other thought was their ADA accessible room was complete bare, no decor, no paint, no character, felt minimal and depressing, and the door was extremely heavy and hard to open and closed behind (no way to just leave it open) making getting in and out for a person with any sort of disability so much harder than it...

"I had a basement room which was very compact, but was clean and the bed was comfortable, there was also a mini fridge which was a real bonus and a decent sized tv. "

"Breakfast buffet was great, staff was really friendly I had sprained my ankle shortly before arriving and they gave me ice everyday so I could ice my ankle to heip with the swelling "

"Tiniest room I ever saw. You cannot bend in the shower, it’s that tight. Relatively clean, but old dirty carpet and itchy bed linens . Old building, I saw the police attending to a stalking incident on my second day there and it was unsafe enough for them to lock the front doors at night. No security, not Sheraton standard at all. No amenities or dining. Disappointing for the price . It would put a damper on any trip especially if it’s just for leisure. it’s a motel at best."

"Rooms are very dated. No soap- had to ask and even then they didn’t provide. Booked double- ended with a twin. Second day, they put another bed in the room! 3 single beds. Had to call down to remove. Backs on to rail line! Had a course at the hotel. Won’t stay again."
