"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. We stayed for 3 nights but for longer stays the lack of storage would be uncomfortable since you’re practically living out of your suitcase. Very...

"Wonderful apartment. Everything was new. The staff were super helpful and courteous. There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. It was two blocks away from from the High Street Kensington stop, a block away from the Kensington palace, and directly across the street from a great pub, the Goat Tavern. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was outstanding and the staff was very helpful and friendly. "Great to have Nespresso coffee. Nice large room although small bathroom. Great pub meal in the evening, and great breakfast - the (loud and older) breakfast 'maitre de' did the work of 5 young staff! 👏"

"We loved our stay at Ruby Zoe, its steps from the notting hill market and homes. It was very quiet, clean, and had fun decor. We enjoyed the speaker in the room it had great sound! The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was they didn’t have a smart TV."
