"駅から近く、また清潔で景観の良い通りにあり、周辺環境は素晴らしいと思いました。アールズコート駅を主に利用したのですが、ヒースロー空港から地下鉄で乗り継ぎなしで来れ、また市内の主要な観光地へのアクセスもよく、便利な場所だと思います。 部屋も清潔でお水のボトルも十分に補充いただきとても快適でした。 また、朝食付きで予約したのですが、味も雰囲気も素晴らしく、4泊の滞在期間中飽きませんでした。 朝食会場の方たちもフロントの方たちもとても親切でした。 残念だったのは、チェックインしてすぐに洗面台の排水がひどく悪いことに気がつき、フロントまで出向いて夕食に出掛けている間に修理をしてもらうよう約束をしたのに、なおっておらず、結局３回出向いてお願いし、一晩我慢して翌日出かけてる間にようやくなおしてもらえました。また、ガーデンビューの部屋で予約していたのですが、窓からは木で庭がほとんど見えない部屋でした。"

"The common areas at the Ember Locke Kensington are beautiful. The luxurious fabrics and deep colors brought to my mind “Arabian Nights,” or bohemian lives with opium dens. Beautiful spaces. That rich color scheme carried into our room, but living in that space felt a little less luxe, chiefly because the bathroom was too much like reality: no tissues, no lotion, not enough TP, dicey toilet. "The location was fantastic - it was on a very quiet side street only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, the tube and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and always willing and able to help. The room was basic, but had working air conditioning and a very convenient kitchen area, with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, which all came in handy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was great."

"The first room had plenty of black mold and the second one was the same. Nothing about our room was luxurious as they advertised. It smelled musty and the furnishing sparse. We were told not to book the lower level rooms if we wanted a better suite. That definitely did not match what they advertised. On the positive side the location was excellent."

"Great location, nice room, however no counter space in bathroom for private toiletries, and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. No vegan options in restaurant, however many close by that were absolutely delicious! Very clean hotel and nice staff!"
