There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. Convenient location, walking distance to good restaurants and several tube stops and museums. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you Lexham Gardens. "

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"Really unique small hotel in Kensington. Fabulous decor. Lovely clean & comfortable compact and beju room with everything you need. We had a front room by the busy road which was a little noisy as London doesn't sleep, but it was fine. Nice shower & Penhaligons toiletries. "

"This hotel turned out to be a very pleasant surprise on our recent trip. By London standards, the room felt almost… spacious (yes, really!). The price included a solid breakfast—nothing overly fancy, but plenty of options and everything well prepared. The location in Kensington is a big plus. It’s nicely removed from the usual tourist crowds, so you actually get a glimpse of real London life instead of just navigating through selfie sticks.
