"Hotel recently renovated to a good standard and looks great. Room was of good size and clean, despite booking their cheapest standard single room. Free coffee/tea/water in reception is a nice bonus. Cannot give it a better rating however because toilet is unusable unless you are a very slim gymnist. It is wedged between sink and wall and space is too narrow so couldn't sit down."

"Tutti molto disponibili dalla reception, ai ragazzi del bar e della sala colazione (che è sempre stata ottima e varia!) Bel albergo e con ottima posizione. Peccato per qualche svista nella preparazione della stanza…. Il primo giorno, appena entrate in camera, abbiamo trovato due tazze da caffè usate (non da noi visto che avevamo appena fatto il check in!)… abbiamo fatto presente e chiaramente sono state cambiate tempestivamente. Il giorno dopo si sono dimenticati di rimettere altre tazze...

"Wonderful apartment. Everything was new. The staff were super helpful and courteous. There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. Convenient location, walking distance to good restaurants and several tube stops and museums. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you Lexham Gardens. "

"The hotel is really local to everything - we booked a petite room and it was definitely small, but very comfortable. Close to a lot of shops, museums and the royal albert hall. Would definitely visit again."

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"My room was very small. Not much in the way of surfaces. Very big window single glazed ... cold air. Would not go back. Staff pleasant and breakfast very nice"

"The staff were fantastic. We had an issue with the washer/dryer the day we checked in and it was resolved immidately. Annamarie and Amid were at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful in getting information on restaurants and activities around the apartment."

"Initially given a club room that was designed for a single person. Desk tight up against the very small bed was dangerous at night. Bath slippery and dangerous and various facilities well out of date. Helpful reservations manager moved us to more acceptable room after the first night. Overall a hotel that was old and showed it with a staff that tries hard to deal with the various problems. Would not recommend."
