"All good"

"Room is nicely furnished and clean, but for whatever reasons equipped with only 1 roll of toilet paper. You will be provided with more, but have to ask in the lobby for it, as there is no room cleaning/service provided during your stay."

"The hotel is in a very nice part of London, aware from the hussle and bussle but with easy access to all areas. Good restaurant and bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Our toilet had a problem on our last day with the water running and the flusher broke."

"Stayed for 3 nights (2 adults, 1 child). Great staff and great facilitities. Shower was warm and the A/C was working perfectly. Only bummer were the tiny shower and tiny (short) beds. I'm 1.83m (6ft), and my feet were hanging off the bed when laying straight."

"Booked the room due to high reviews but had an average experience. The room was small but nicely designed and quiet despite facing the busy street. Breakfast was good and a free beer at the pub downstairs was appreciated. On the negatives the stairs/hallway smelled like fish and chips which fortunately didn’t impact the room and TV and WiFi spotty at best. Overall, a fine and convenient home base for exploring the area but won’t be a return trip for me."

"Das Hotel ist sehr spannend eingerichtet. In unserem Zimmer war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr zuvorkommend. Der Aufzug ist etwas unheimlich und läuft nicht besonders stabil"

"La chambre était très propre avec une belle vue sur le quartier Notting Hill. L'hôtel était bien placé dans le quartier, près des autobus et station de métro, épicerie etc et très tranquille le soir. Nous avons apprécié également le bar à tisanes/thés sur l'étage. La douche était super, grosse pomme de douche et bonne pression d'eau. Le personnel hyper sympathique. Le check-out était simple, juste à laisser sa clé au comptoir."

"Our room was very clean, had a tub and mini fridge, and was accessibility friendly for my husband with his walker. The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet area, close to a Tescos and transit and shopping. The room service was excellent and the food was delicious. The staff was so exceptional though that they are truly why I'm giving this place 5 stars! Ali at Starbucks in the lobby made every morning pleasant with his positive attitude and kindness. He really stood out, always greeting everyone...

"Its good theres a bus nearby accessible to places.. walkable to areas to high street kensington if you like walking and near to west kensington stn about 8-10mins. Travelling with kids so transportation accessibility is important. Room good spacious for 5. Breakfast are okay. Good to have Tesco nearby. If a revisit to london, i will stay there again."

"The triple room was sufficient in size. All very clean and tidy. Beds and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable, but that is down to personal preference. It is a deciding factor though and we wont stay there again because of this as barely slept so left early as all 3 of us found it too uncomfortable. All staff were helpful and polite."

"Tiny rooms. We were downgraded to a "cosy" room despite booking a "queen" which was ridiculously small. Management insisted the two rooms were the same (they were not). Finally moved to a queen room the 2nd night of our stay which was very small but acceptable. Both rooms had shower drains that did not drain with water overflowing into the bathroom. In both rooms you can hear the people in the rooms next door and hear people in their rooms from the hallway. Location is good. Beds are comfy. Stay...

"Super bien ubicado, cerca de la estación caminando a 500 mts. Lo único es que se escucha ruido de los departamentos de a lado o del piso de arriba. Pero de cualquier forma creo si regresaría vale mucho la pena"
