"At first we were placed in a room that was cramped with a bed anchored against a wall and neither of us could sleep in this cramped space. We tried unsuccessfully to sleep for 3 nights at which point we decided we would have to go elsewhere for the remainder if our stay as the night manager indicated the hotel was full. "Even though check in is at 3pm, our room was not ready when I came in at 4 pm...had to put in repeated requests since I had a wedding dinner to attend and then the person at the front desk gave me an alternate room, which was rather tiny for 2 people. They do provide a drink voucher in lieu of forgoing housekeeping, which is a nice touch"

"A really nice little hotel which knocks the spots off the big-boy chains by it's very professional and personable staff. The only thing missing was effective air conditioning but many others don't have this either. Cleanliness and great staff will ensure we're back again :-)"

"I give it a 3 stars because of the location. It feels a bit sketchy. So be alert. You also have to carry luggage up the stairs for the 3rd floor. The staff walks away from front desk constantly for other tasks so you have to patiently wait when you need access to go inside the Hotel."

"This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again."

"Tiny rooms. We were downgraded to a "cosy" room despite booking a "queen" which was ridiculously small. Management insisted the two rooms were the same (they were not). Finally moved to a queen room the 2nd night of our stay which was very small but acceptable. Both rooms had shower drains that did not drain with water overflowing into the bathroom. In both rooms you can hear the people in the rooms next door and hear people in their rooms from the hallway. Location is good. Beds are comfy. Stay...

We had a 2 bed 2 bath suite for 16 nights and really enjoyed our stay! heaps of public transport around! a Tesco just at the corner and 2 minute walk from airport national express drop off. The breakfast were pretty reasonable and the rooms were very clean and great amenities"

"The location is great, close to the underground, some shops, restaurants and pubs. The room was clean. We stayed for 3 nights, no replenishment of coffee or tea supplies. The rooms are not very soundproof, could hear toilets flushing very loud, conversations in the next room. The check in process was awkward. Their system required a completely new process of forms and deposits. Not very service oriented: We accidentally left a jacket in our room and are having difficulty getting it returned,...
