"Quiet and convenient."

"We loved our stay at Ruby Zoe, its steps from the notting hill market and homes. It was very quiet, clean, and had fun decor. We enjoyed the speaker in the room it had great sound! The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was they didn’t have a smart TV."

"The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Even when I lost my phone at a pub one of the staff assisted in calling an uber for me to get back there. … I like the boutique style and definitely would stay there again. However, having someone assist with luggage would be a plus and the rooms are a bit small. Overall it’s a great place with pricing and easy walk to the tube, tesco and to get to the city for shopping!"

"I am a regular visitor to this hotel and every time I have been here has been an excellent service and experience, however on this stay, I felt the room we stayed in was very tired, in need of some upgrades. I was disappointed with the hairdryer not working. The water leaked through the shower door, all over the floor. I dried this up, but overall the room was not up to good standard and disappointed overall. I have booked this hotel for a few more visits this year and have also recommended it to my friends. I hope the rooms booked in the next coming months are good/excellent standard."
