"From the day we arrived to when we left we'd had the most wonderful stay at The Copthorne Tara Hotel, at the guest relations desk a lovely lady called Jamila took care of our check in and questions , i wear a lanyard showing that i have disabilities and Jamila was so kind , helpful and friendly on more than one occasion , she is really a credit to the hotel. The room was very nice comfy and clean. We had breakfast for 3 mornings which was very good and catered for everyone . " ALL " of the hotel staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly and the added bonus was the hotel was only just over a 20 min walk to The Royal Albert Hall. We also ate in the Bugis Kitchen the food was excellent , plentyful and a good price. I would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to stay again."
"Room, beddings, towels were all very clean. Staff were super polite and front desk were very accommodating with any requests. Together with the absolutely amazing location of the hotel, I cannot ask fo anything more"
"Comfortable stay, room ideal for my friend and I ‘s needs for a 2 night stay in London. Short walk from earl court’s tube station , quiet for sleeping. Room clean with lovely hot water in the shower. Although we did not have too much contact with the staff they were pleasant and friendly. We were happy with our stay, good value for money and we would stay here again, thank you , Jill and Kay from Birmingham. "
