There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. Room itself was quite nice- modern and coloruful with a lovely access to the garden Cleaning team did great Negative point: -The air con kept maiking a rumbling loud noise every 20 mins, throughout the night which was a bit annoying. -Small navigable room between the table and the bed which was a bit uncomfortable - think my room was just below the reception and chairs were being moved about late at night...

"Wir waren für drei Nächte im Hotel und sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein, aber wir haben das mit Humor genommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das englische Frühstück muss man mögen, wir tun das definitiv nicht. Dennoch war alles frisch und wir sind satt geworden. Eine U-Bahn Station ist dir vor der Tür sowie eine Busstation. Mit beiden kommt man in ca.30 Minuten zu den beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir würden wiederkommen!"

"Staff especially Clyde was fantastic! It was clean but zero amenities, NO phones, coffee maker, mini fridge, robes, slippers, bell men to help with bags no clock in room, no wake-up calls,no room service. Bare bones in tiny rooms, the reception desk is the bar. They messed up my reservation , we went out for the day got back and they took my things including what is in the safe stuffed into my luggage and stored it. They had my credit card and who would leave everything including a passport and...

"The hotel is really local to everything - we booked a petite room and it was definitely small, but very comfortable. Close to a lot of shops, museums and the royal albert hall. Would definitely visit again."

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"The staff were fantastic. We had an issue with the washer/dryer the day we checked in and it was resolved immidately. Annamarie and Amid were at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful in getting information on restaurants and activities around the apartment."

"London Lodge Hotel is super convenient, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, which made it a great place to relax in the evening. Our room (two single beds) was cozy. The only minus I'll give is that there were no outlets by the beds for recharging phones, etc. They were across the room. We stayed 6 nights, and it got quite hot in London, but our room had an A/C (splitter) so we were quite comfy. The staff was attentive and helpful, and secured us a taxi back to Heathrow given that the...

"This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again."
