"駅から近く、また清潔で景観の良い通りにあり、周辺環境は素晴らしいと思いました。アールズコート駅を主に利用したのですが、ヒースロー空港から地下鉄で乗り継ぎなしで来れ、また市内の主要な観光地へのアクセスもよく、便利な場所だと思います。 部屋も清潔でお水のボトルも十分に補充いただきとても快適でした。 また、朝食付きで予約したのですが、味も雰囲気も素晴らしく、4泊の滞在期間中飽きませんでした。 朝食会場の方たちもフロントの方たちもとても親切でした。 残念だったのは、チェックインしてすぐに洗面台の排水がひどく悪いことに気がつき、フロントまで出向いて夕食に出掛けている間に修理をしてもらうよう約束をしたのに、なおっておらず、結局３回出向いてお願いし、一晩我慢して翌日出かけてる間にようやくなおしてもらえました。また、ガーデンビューの部屋で予約していたのですが、窓からは木で庭がほとんど見えない部屋でした。"

"This hotel has THE BEST staff! The best location and the most beautiful tea room. Food is great. We had breakfast there every morning. We definitely will go back every year. Rooms are so quiet and beds are so comfortable The decoration is so beautiful. There is a small gym with basic equipment to get a good workout. Thank you !!"

"Our stay at Ember Locke was more than accommodating. Nosh at the front desk (I hope that’s right) was very helpful our first day allowing us to check in a little early after a long flight. The staff was very friendly and we appreciated the convenience of a kitchenette in our room as well as the availability of Eve in the lobby for a quick bite or a coffee in the morning."

"This was a great boutique hotel conveniently located 1 block from the Earl’s Court tube station. It is not well marked. It is not equipped for those with limited mobility."

"The location was fantastic - it was on a very quiet side street only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, the tube and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and always willing and able to help. The room was basic, but had working air conditioning and a very convenient kitchen area, with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, which all came in handy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was great."

"Great location, nice room, however no counter space in bathroom for private toiletries, and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. No vegan options in restaurant, however many close by that were absolutely delicious! Very clean hotel and nice staff!"
