"Fantastic hotel which is in a great location, staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Bar closes quite early and it’s a bit pricey compared to other places but it’s very nice. Would definitely recommend."

"The room was fine. It was decorated nicely, but clearly not well maintained. There were stains on the fabric headboard and couch, toothpaste on the top of the sink, scum on the taps and in the shower, crumbs between the chair cushions, and hairs on the bed sheets. The hallways smelled musty and the housekeeping cart that we saw in the hall was just a repurposed suitcase with a ratty old mop and refilled water bottles of old mystery detergent. "Lovely hotel close to the Tube and great restaurants."

"Recently renovated property in excellent condition within a short walk from the Earls Court Underground. Rooms are very small and the room I stayed in was below street level and had no windows (was informed about the windows but not about the below street level during the booking), but adequate for a night's stay. No breakfast service but there are many restaurants on Earls Court Road nearby. Overall good value for money in a neat, tidy and fully renovated property."

"This hotel has THE BEST staff! The best location and the most beautiful tea room. Food is great. We had breakfast there every morning. We definitely will go back every year. Rooms are so quiet and beds are so comfortable The decoration is so beautiful. There is a small gym with basic equipment to get a good workout. Thank you !!"

"Hotel very central, close to the underground, excellent breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only issue was that in the room, space between the bed and the wardrobe was nonexistent. Anybody with mobility issues would not be able to get into the wardrobe or into bed."

"The location was fantastic - it was on a very quiet side street only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, the tube and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and always willing and able to help. The room was basic, but had working air conditioning and a very convenient kitchen area, with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, which all came in handy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was great."
