"Amazing hotel and amazing staff"

"At first we were placed in a room that was cramped with a bed anchored against a wall and neither of us could sleep in this cramped space. We tried unsuccessfully to sleep for 3 nights at which point we decided we would have to go elsewhere for the remainder if our stay as the night manager indicated the hotel was full. "This hotel is the perfect combination of location and retreat. It is centrally located next to the Kensington Palace and multiple museums & venues. We stayed in a garden view room & woke up to a beautiful vista and excellent daily buffet with everything you need to energize before a busy day exploring! "The property is located within short walking distance from Earls Court station and Gloucester Road. I loved how spacious this hotel was including all the amenities we needed. The staff were all lovely and accommodating - we requested an extra blanket, mirror to do our makeup, and late checkout and they were super lovely and helpful."
