"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. We stayed for 3 nights but for longer stays the lack of storage would be uncomfortable since you’re practically living out of your suitcase. Very...

"Hotel recently renovated to a good standard and looks great. Room was of good size and clean, despite booking their cheapest standard single room. Free coffee/tea/water in reception is a nice bonus. Cannot give it a better rating however because toilet is unusable unless you are a very slim gymnist. It is wedged between sink and wall and space is too narrow so couldn't sit down."

Peccato per qualche svista nella preparazione della stanza…. Il primo giorno, appena entrate in camera, abbiamo trovato due tazze da caffè usate (non da noi visto che avevamo appena fatto il check in!)… abbiamo fatto presente e chiaramente sono state cambiate tempestivamente. "Wonderful apartment. Everything was new. The staff were super helpful and courteous. There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. Convenient location, walking distance to good restaurants and several tube stops and museums. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you Lexham Gardens. "

"Wir waren für drei Nächte im Hotel und sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein, aber wir haben das mit Humor genommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das englische Frühstück muss man mögen, wir tun das definitiv nicht. Dennoch war alles frisch und wir sind satt geworden. Eine U-Bahn Station ist dir vor der Tür sowie eine Busstation. Mit beiden kommt man in ca.30 Minuten zu den beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir würden wiederkommen!"

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). "The staff were fantastic. We had an issue with the washer/dryer the day we checked in and it was resolved immidately. Annamarie and Amid were at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful in getting information on restaurants and activities around the apartment."
