"Beautiful hotel, especially for the Price"

"​I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Since my room faced the garden side, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. ​The staff were all so kind and welcoming. The only minor thing was that the entrance door felt a bit heavy, but it wasn't a big deal. I would love to stay here again!"

There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. "We stayed at Miiro for a total of 5 nights in April 2026. The staff were kind, hospitable, and most were very helpful. The property is located in Earl's Court, conveniently located in west-central London. The garden is beautiful and serene. The cocktail bar's mixologists are fantastic. "Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). "We stayed in a superior room with a nice view of the street, which was quiet at night. It was a modern room with a couple of chairs and coffee table by the window. The rain shower with glass doors was refreshing. The downstairs has a comfy sitting area - with a complimentary cappuccino maker, free water dispenser with bottles to fill and take to the room. "The room was clean and had a coffee/tea bar. The shower was very small. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel and it felt private and pretty quiet. Also, location was great. Close to multiple tube stations and good walking distance to Notting Hill. There is a narrow stairway up to the lift and some stairs also to get to the rooms so it would not work for someone with mobility issues. "

"Left elevator was extremely slow when we went there and the 3rd elevator was out of order so they only had one elevator working; we just had to wait a little bit coming and going. Only other thought was their ADA accessible room was complete bare, no decor, no paint, no character, felt minimal and depressing, and the door was extremely heavy and hard to open and closed behind (no way to just leave it open) making getting in and out for a person with any sort of disability so much harder than it...

"The staff was still nice and helpful. The breakfast was just enough to get your day stated. The room service they offer was bad, food was cool although a lot, and they substituted our desserts, so very disappointing. I did realize the day after we checked out I had left my medical boot in the closet. Attempts to get in touch with the hotel regarding this has been disappointing, no answers or responses via email or text"

"I had a basement room which was very compact, but was clean and the bed was comfortable, there was also a mini fridge which was a real bonus and a decent sized tv. "

"The bed was to short for me. I am 185cm. Lots of noise from the rooms around me. I could hear every time they went to the bathroom. I could also hear the water in the drainpipe. The ventilation control panel went into error mode and woke me up due to the light from the control panel. All in all not a good night. The staff have learned everything they say to you from a notebook. You are just a number and get information you dont need or have asked for."
