Det som var tråkigt denna gången (vi brukar bo här i samband med Chelsea Flower Show) var attityden på frukosten. Det tog oss 15minuter att få vår kaffe och de som kom efter oss fick både sina kaffe och omeletter före oss. Vi påtalade detta vid utcheckning och gick till svar att det var ju tråkigt att höra. Inte riktigt vad man väntar sig av ett hotell i denna klass."

"Stayed for 10 days in May. Clean modern tastefully furnished hotel. Very nice exterior, which is usually a good sign of the interior. Excellent stay, excellent service, nothing to complain about. Everything was up to standard. Great value for money. It's been a while finding a place like this. Room was cleaned and towels changed every day. Nice clean room (101) & bathroom with shower and ac. "The hotel is really local to everything - we booked a petite room and it was definitely small, but very comfortable. Close to a lot of shops, museums and the royal albert hall. Would definitely visit again."

"What a lovely hotel and pub! We only stayed two nights but wish we could have stayed longer! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and filling and David was a wonderful host! The only downfalls were no lift and we were on the top floor and it’s a bit far from town but the charm made up for all of that!"

"This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again."

"Speedy communication when questions arises. Amenities like more towels, cotton pads, and toilet paper can be easily accessed on the ground floor. Lockers are available for suitcases if you need more room due to rooms being small and floor needs to be clear for cleaning."

"Extreme climb in very hot weather to get into the apartment in 90 degree heat. This apartment would be very challenging for some older renters, but all else was fine. Great deck (cool in the intense heat - nice!) and all else very professional. Excellent location."
