"I stayed in Room 411, which is located on the lower ground floor with access to a patio through a glass wall that includes two windows and a door. Unfortunately, the lack of privacy was quite uncomfortable. The room only had thick blackout curtains and no sheer or lighter blinds. This meant that during the daytime, anyone walking through the patio area—including other guests and cleaning staff—could easily see into the room unless the curtains were completely closed. "Booked the room due to high reviews but had an average experience. The room was small but nicely designed and quiet despite facing the busy street. Breakfast was good and a free beer at the pub downstairs was appreciated. On the negatives the stairs/hallway smelled like fish and chips which fortunately didn’t impact the room and TV and WiFi spotty at best. Overall, a fine and convenient home base for exploring the area but won’t be a return trip for me."

"This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again."

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"The staff were fantastic. We had an issue with the washer/dryer the day we checked in and it was resolved immidately. Annamarie and Amid were at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful in getting information on restaurants and activities around the apartment."

"What a lovely hotel and pub! We only stayed two nights but wish we could have stayed longer! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and filling and David was a wonderful host! The only downfalls were no lift and we were on the top floor and it’s a bit far from town but the charm made up for all of that!"

"My single room was much too small. It was so small I couldn’t position my open suitcase anywhere but between the wall and the bed. No chair or table, of course."

"There are no staff at all in this property so if there is an issue you need to message them only. Check in is not smooth if you dont have data or a phone with no battery, as their model is all dependant on digital technology…if your phone has no battery your not getting in your room!!!!!!! No air con either makes it a hot and stuffy room in the summer, nice room otherwise!"
