"The property is located within short walking distance from Earls Court station and Gloucester Road. I loved how spacious this hotel was including all the amenities we needed. The staff were all lovely and accommodating - we requested an extra blanket, mirror to do our makeup, and late checkout and they were super lovely and helpful."

"This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train. My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price. We were really happy and I’d recommend this location."

"I only mentioned on check out to be fair to staff but there a horrible smell of old cigarette that would get pushed out the vent normally in the afternoon evening. This needs to be rectified. In addition the housekeeping and room cleaning was very irregular. On day 1 it was cleaned about 2pm. The next day no o e came till around 6pm when it was too inconvenient to leave our room"

"Great location, clean room though not very big with little space for clothes, not much table space. Our room was in the basement so no view. On the website there is a tv on the picture for The Roost, which we didn’t have. Easy access to room. Staff kindly didn’t charge a fee for early bag drip off at 1:30, and was able to access room half hour early. Also only charge £10 for 2 bags when leaving which we left for most of the day. "We stayed in the Ember Locke Suite. The kitchen area was nice. It had a two burner induction plate. Washer/Dryer combo was a bonus for sure. Queen size bed with a decent mattress. The pillows were not good. Very flat. A/C in the room was nice to have. We liked the curtain to separate kitchen/dining area from bed. No need to get an expensive Uber or cab there are many train options to get you to Kensington. Staff was very helpful when I had questions and it was awesome there was laundry facilities. The television in the room was not working properly,…as if the connection was bad with the cable.
