"Our toilet was broken and we informed the staff promptly, to which they claimed to have sent an engineer but it was still not working when we returned hours later. Also, a stain was seen on one of our beds that was not there before. The place itself was unremarkable."
"We stayed in a superior room with a nice view of the street, which was quiet at night. It was a modern room with a couple of chairs and coffee table by the window. The rain shower with glass doors was refreshing. The downstairs has a comfy sitting area - with a complimentary cappuccino maker, free water dispenser with bottles to fill and take to the room. There are also a toaster and microwave. In the back there is a lovely patio and garden. Archie and Sid at the front desk were friendly and professional.

"I've seen this place get some bad reviews. I'd say for value for money in the area that it's in it does the job.
If you just want a safe comfy bed and bathroom facilities with welcoming friendly staff on reception then this place is fine.
You aren't surrounded by luxury but you should be expecting that for what you pay.
We would book again without hesitation when in London as our intention is always to spend more time out of the hotel than in it."
Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London
8/10 Good
"Excellent & friendly staff. Superb location to Gloucester St tube station. Plenty of restaurants, grocery, etc nearby. The floor we stayed on had a strong mildew smell, however. Our room was clean, but the bathroom needed better cleaning, in terms of mold on grout/caulk area. Overall, it's a nice, functional and convenient place to stay. Could it be better? Sure. However, I'd recommend the hotel. "
