"Beautiful hotel, especially for the Price"

"Room was spotless and amazing decor, location etc. However when we arrived the heating had been set to 21 degrees and it was incredibly hot outside. The AC wouldn’t work and when I asked politely at reception I was told the ac hasn’t been put on for the whole building yet and to simply open a window…onto a main road in zone 1 London? I didn’t know if basic science was lacking amongst reception staff, but warm air from outside circulating inside will only keep things…warm. I raised this upon...

"The bed, coffee machine, fridge, gym, and bathroom were all super clean. The gym was well looked after—water (still and sparkling) and towels were available. The weight section, treadmill, and cable fly machine were decent for a workout away from home. The bench was a downside, as the seat constantly slid. Santal shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, hand wash and body cream was a nice surprise in the bathroom. Staff were really lovely! There is a garden and a restaurant - I hope to check it...

"Great to have Nespresso coffee. Nice large room although small bathroom. Great pub meal in the evening, and great breakfast - the (loud and older) breakfast 'maitre de' did the work of 5 young staff! 👏"

"Wonderful apartment. Everything was new. The staff were super helpful and courteous. There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. Convenient location, walking distance to good restaurants and several tube stops and museums. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you Lexham Gardens. "

"Nice small hotel in a quiet suberb, a 15 min walk from nearest tube station. Room was small but well appointed inc nice touch of free water bottles. Decent breakfast and helpful staff."

"Tiniest room I ever saw. You cannot bend in the shower, it’s that tight. Relatively clean, but old dirty carpet and itchy bed linens . Old building, I saw the police attending to a stalking incident on my second day there and it was unsafe enough for them to lock the front doors at night. No security, not Sheraton standard at all. No amenities or dining. Disappointing for the price . It would put a damper on any trip especially if it’s just for leisure. it’s a motel at best."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Properly is clean and in a good location. There’s a TESCO grocery store right next door that came in very handy. The room was a nice size, especially when traveling in Europe. Gym is quite nice for a hotel gym. "

"Enjoyed our stay here! When we came to check in was told that they only had basement rooms available unless we wanted to wait - when looking for hotel rooms I purposely didn’t book some hotels as they were windowless rooms so opted to wait. The lady behind the desk seemed a bit dismissive and over her shift, she told us to sit and wait and would let us know when our room was ready. She left her shift and did handover and then I went to check with the man who was now on the desk and he didn’t...

"I had a basement room which was very compact, but was clean and the bed was comfortable, there was also a mini fridge which was a real bonus and a decent sized tv. "

"Ruhig gelegen im wunderschönen Kensington / Earl‘s Court, leckeres Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, ordentliche Zimmer, nicht so groß, aber wirklich ausreichend und gemütlich. Aber: man brauchte einen englischen Adapter für die Steckdose!!! (War in anderen Hotels nicht so) Komme aber trotzdem wieder!!!"
