"Beautiful place and right in the city centre, so great for movement around. Hotel itself quite neat and they made efforts to give us early check in. They also offered to keep our luggage until our next visit."

"The first room we were given stunk of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom. Odd as the room had been cleaned. The reception staff immediately gave us a better room. I also found it a little weird that the hallways were so dim (?). The wall sconces were on but didn’t throw much light. "

She has the perfect demeanor and attention to detail which made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She was able to answer any questions we had about the area and seemed as though she worked 7 days a week!
