"Clean but not really near much but what do you expect for New Hampshire"

"The AC was locked and did not stay on. Had to get up to pull plug to reset several times in night. If I pay for the room I should be able to set the temp to my preference. Otherwise the hotel was very good but disappointing regarding comfort from AC"

"Staff was wonderful! Our junior suite was comfortable. We enjoyed some of the older touches of the place as it evoked good memories of times gone by. Things are basic and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable and we were thankful for the ac that we could control in the room. Lots of easy walking and interesting places to eat in walking distance. "I stay night and it was terrible there were so many insects there flying bee, mosquito and room wasn’t clean properly when I speak with staff they’re not helpful and manager not here everyone on different shifts was like that I can’t even bath because of flying bee in bathroom"

"Would have been better if the fire alarm didn’t go off twice and neither time were we told it was safe to go back inside. No acknowledgment of the alarms at the very early hours of the morning. Otherwise the property was okay. Simple and relatively clean. The sleeper sofa had food crumbs on the mattress."

"I have stayed here many times and I have always found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and well maintained. They also have added coffee and breakfast available in the morning which is a plus. My only complaint is that the valet parking is exorbitant. It's easier to leave your car on the street over night and move it before 9 am, which they don't tell you."

"The staff was kind, professional and helpful! However, for the price we paid we were expecting a decent middle of the road room that reflected the pictures on the website, but unfortunately that was not the case and the pictures on the website did not match the appearance of the actual room. The room was rundown; broken outlets, missing pieces to switches, poor paint job trying to hide the cracks and mold on the walls, poor lighting and drainage in the bathroom."
