Signs of wear and tear; one lamp didn't plug in, walls scuffed, bathroom quite tired and shower door didn't close properly, bathroom lights sporadic and loose connection. It probably took more than an hour of standing/sitting on the pavement outside, with one call handler simply hanging up on me, to get into the place with a dying phone battery. "I booked this for my older mum as we needed somewhere nearby where she could stay as I don’t have a spare room. I think the place offered a great location and was a really great price. I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. Only a few negatives were that my mum would have liked a non slip mat for the shower as she felt it could get a little slippy. It...

"Room was great… but finding the location and check in process was a complete nightmare. I was told that I should have received an email with check in information before I arrived, I did not received this and no information on the Hotels.com booking that told me I needed to do this. There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong.
