"There was nobody at the front desk to check us in. After a long day of traveling, we did not need to wait to get to our room. There was no housekeeping service even though we were staying 3 nights unless a special request was made. The tv did not work, and when we called for assistance nobody answered. There was no coffee at breakfast as well as waffle batter. Disappointing for the price we paid to stay there."

"Enjoyed the roof top but long wait times. I had to 2 free drink tickets but they weren’t given to me at check in so I never used them. My room had all the set up for coffee including a coffee pot but no coffee or creamer. Otherwise enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel doesn’t live up to its photos. The elevators were noticeably dirty, our room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived. We called the front desk and spoke with Melanie, who said the hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t switch rooms, but that an engineer would come up to fix the AC. Forty minutes passed and no one showed up, so we called again. This time we were told the engineer had already reset the thermostat remotely, but the room was...

"Breakfast was free but was poor and from provided options most were not available. Was better to go out for breakfast. Had a huge bar, but was closed both days. "

We stayed in a suite which was twice the size of a normal hotel room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed . "
