Multiple nearby restaurants; short access (2 blocks) to the subway; and a modest, but well-stocked kitchenette complement the friendly climate of this comfortable hotel. "The staff were very nice and helpful. The check in process was very smooth and quick. They will hold your luggage if your room isn’t ready which is so convenient and we used our spare time to explore the city! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful! I loved it, made me feel at home :) 10/10 overall! The area is also super close to Times Square and theres multiple restaurants nearby! Love the area and it’s very safe! We will book again in the future!"

"Room was INCREDIBLY loud. I would not recommend staying here if you intend on having a good nights sleep. The elevators are a disaster. The room service is slow after 7pm. Front desk was less than enthusiastic to help. The Carlyle, The Surrey or even The Four Seasons midtown are better picks."

"The room was amazing with a great view! We stayed on the 21st floor and we never once heard the rooftop bar! The staff were excellent and extremely friendly and helpful! The room was very small but for a night or two stay it was perfect! A very close walk to time square as well! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Room was clean, comfortable bed, pillows. Some of the walls in the bathroom were uneven. The door in the shower was loose and difficult to open you had to push hard. But over all very clean. In my first stay the drain in the shower was clogged. I waited till the next day texted the front desk, stated what happened and asked for a complimentary upgrade, and got a text immediately and was upgraded to a room with a terrace, too bad it was raining I was not able to enjoy it.
