"The hotel staff responded immediately to every request in a very professional and helpful manner. Our arrival was delayed, and the hotel team organized a transfer from the night bus stop to the hotel in the middle of the night and provided us with a temporary room for the night. The hotel is situated in a beautiful landscape. The rooms were very clean and simply but nicely furnished. The hotel kitchen prepared very tasty meals. We were very satisfied with our stay."

"Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Nguyen Shack so much! There is such lovely views from the room and eating area. The yoga was amazing and it was so convenient having breakfast there every AM, The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met,., they truly want you to feel at home. I stayed in a single room with 3 beds with my teenage kids for 3 nights and this location and remoteness was a highlight of our Vietnam trip. "

"Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience."

"The rooms were big, spacious and clean. Breakfast was a good and basic. I enjoyed the banana pancakes. But I found the female owner wasn’t very friendly unless you booked tours with her. We hired bikes and grabs to get to the caves and points of interest. We didn’t join any tours, she stopped talking to us. The male owner was very pleasant and was lovely to deal with. "
