The yoga was amazing and it was so convenient having breakfast there every AM, The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met,., they truly want you to feel at home. "The whole Thuong Hai team was very welcoming and attentive and made our stay very pleasant. The room rate was wallet friendly and breakfast (different egg variations, pan cakes, bread, fresh fruit and coffee/tea) was included. The room was clean and spacious. Would book again 😊"

"Beautiful view of the river from the property. Hung and the rest of the staff are wonderful. The rooms are spacious, clean and basic. No place to put your clothes except to keep in suitcase. Overall we had a great stay in Phong Nha. Beautiful area!"

"Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience."

"The rooms were big, spacious and clean. Breakfast was a good and basic. I enjoyed the banana pancakes. But I found the female owner wasn’t very friendly unless you booked tours with her. We hired bikes and grabs to get to the caves and points of interest. We didn’t join any tours, she stopped talking to us. The male owner was very pleasant and was lovely to deal with. "

"Staff were excellent before and during our stay. They helped us with arranging our pick up from Dong Hoi, early check in, trip to the caves (excellent) and onward travel arrangements. Room had everything you needed for a pleasant stay and it was quiet with a comfortable bed. Fabulous omelette for breakfast too! "

"Our stay here was wonderful. Quiet, nice bed, you can use their bikes to explore. I can’t say enough about the staff. They got us breakfast early and told us we are welcome to use the shower when we were done with our trek. When we went outside by the pool to have a drink at night, they turned on all the string lights just for us. "
