The staff were incredibly helpful and I felt very welcomed. The pool was great especially with the view and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area."

"To be honest, the room I stayed was nothing special but it was good enough. The hotel has rooftop pool and free-breakfast is included. There are beautiful mature around the hotel. There is a English-speaking stuff and he looked after me well."

"The whole Thuong Hai team was very welcoming and attentive and made our stay very pleasant. The room rate was wallet friendly and breakfast (different egg variations, pan cakes, bread, fresh fruit and coffee/tea) was included. The room was clean and spacious. Would book again 😊"

"If I could give this place more stars I would. Honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay here. We got in late after an overnight bus and the owner came and picked us up from the bus stop. The place was well kept, and extremely beautiful. He also kept our bags the whole next day while we did a cave tour and even dropped us off at the train station after."

"The rooms were big, spacious and clean. Breakfast was a good and basic. I enjoyed the banana pancakes. But I found the female owner wasn’t very friendly unless you booked tours with her. We hired bikes and grabs to get to the caves and points of interest. We didn’t join any tours, she stopped talking to us. The male owner was very pleasant and was lovely to deal with. "

"Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience."
