"The main problem was that the room was smelling really bad when we checked in. I found a creepy Crawley bug, about 2 inches long, in the bathroom. We had to sleep with the French door open and the fan running to clear out the air. My son developed a cold due to this."

"Holiday Inn isn't my go to spot when it Redwood city; however, I'm not going to lie... I was surprised at how nice it was. The rooms were nice, I love that they use dove products for all your grooming needs. I didn't like the positioning of the shower head, i tried to adjust it, but it just didn't work for me. It could have just been user error. lol Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would stay again! I skipped on the breakfast only because I knew I was eating elsewhere. "

"housekeeping every other day, only one pack of decaf coffee in room so can only use decaf every other day. It was replaced with regular so no decaf at all for rest of stay. Used to have coffee in the lobby which was nice and better than using dinky maker in the room. Got a "free breakfast" coupon but got charged for breakfast anyway when using the coupon, Staff and place are nice, but for the price, experience was sloppy "

"Small rooms with poor sound insulation, but very clean and a nice lobby with good breakfast. Kind of reminds me of putting lipstick on a pig, but they did a decent job of the remodel, just a little rough around the edges. Decent location for restaurants, but zero nightlife. "

"Was just what we were looking for. Mid-range property that was clean, quiet and centrally located. Staff was super accommodating and we were able to check in/out with ease. First time at this location, and will be returning to visit family again!"
