"Staff everywhere was awesome and friendly. Great location with restaurants and attractions nearby. The pool and beach are well staffed and bathrooms are convenient. We'd stay there again!"

"I booked a weekend away for me and my wife..first time without the kids in 20 years and let me tell you it did not disappoint..I don’t usually book stuff my wife does so this was me on my own surprising her and it was hard to choose a spot but from the moment we got to the resort I knew it was the right choice..first the room was very clean..a fantastic view from our studio oceanfront view ..one of my worries was because we were across the street from the beach but that was a 1 minute walk lol ..shower pressure was the best I’ve ever had at a resort ..valley was super easy ..you get a text and all you have to do is text them and click request car and it was always there within 3 minutes..the restaurant was very good each meal were delicious..the staff there and across the street where yo get beach chairs and they had a little bar on the beach were all awesome…if your like me and looking at 100 places to stay because your never the one booking stuff I would highly recommend this hotel/ spa..by the way it has a great gym and spa! ..I’m 46 years old and I never write reviews lol but I had to right this because it was that good! Would highly recommend "

"We absolutely loved our stay! We arrived from our flight way early and the staff manager was overly accommodating and helped us feel right at home. We loved the location, further down the strip but it was so convenient. We used the pool and beach all day. The hotel restaurant and staff was amazing. Shout out to Steve the bartender. Lots of couples and families. Facility is beautiful with just minor repairs needed from wear. They even gave us a day pass for the final day as our flight out was super late. I can’t recommend them enough."

"Dirty bathroom especially the shower floor and fixtures, coffee machine didn’t work, mini refrigerator had so much ice buildup that the door wouldn’t close properly, toilet was dirty and kept running. "

"Upon arrival, checked in, the rooms are a nice size, with a fridge, kitchenette etc. Bathroom was smelly, there was a cover provided for the drain to stop the smell… The problems started on the second day, none of our key cards for the room were working, called the out of hours number as reception is only open 0900-1800. Retrieved a spare card from the lock box, this also did not work. Phoned the out of hours number again, struggled to get the point across that none of the cards were working. An employee then attended the hotel, and could only open the room with the master key. The only option was to then change rooms, not very helpful when you are checking out in the morning, expressed how inconvenient it was, the member of staff was less than sympathetic stating he did not work there. This whole process took over two hours, we had come back to the hotel to change for dinner, and was very late by this point. At check out the following day, we asked for some kind of compensation due to the inconvenience, we were told the manager was not in and they would contact us. We followed up with a message, two weeks later we have had no response. Poor service, dilapidated operation and unsympathetic staff, would not recommend."

"The area is excellent! The hotel is pretty clean overall, however the rooms are very dated. Bed was very uncomfortable. "
