Hotel dekat The Glass Factory 311

"The staff was very responsive and kind. The townhouse was as mentioned and was in a nice area. It took us about 5 minutes to get to AState. The only thing I would suggest is a thorough cleaning."

"The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and informative. The rooms were excellent. We had plenty of space, loved the shower and was just a very pleasant stay. Most definitely will book again."

"I didnt like the floating nightstand. The TV was not a smart TV. It only had basic channels. Everything else was wonderful!!! The staff was very nice and helpful."

"Good hotel at a great price."

"Clean, quiet, great staff"

"We had a king room with sofa. It was nice size and clean. The only issue was the bed. It wasn’t really bad but just not comfortable as our home bed. We didn’t eat at breakfast so I can’t comment on that. It was pretty easy access off of highway and felt like a safe area."

"Very clean property. Staff was excellent. Mattresses were not so good. And, $17 per person for breakfast so we did not try. The room cost was more than others in the area so our budget went to room and not breakfast. Good location."

"Comfortable room, great HVAC, adequate room service, excellent parking in front of room door. Smell of smoking in the non smoking room. Other guests smoking weed which creeped into my room, other guests leaving trash and beer cans in the parking lot. Toilet flush mechanism didn’t work sometimes. Toilet seat loose."

"The room was ok but the shower was half busted, water pouring out of the spout while the showerhead was on. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely garbage. They had all the baskets and compartments for fruit and muffins and bread but there was nothing there. All they had was raisin bran and Cheerios and a decanter that only had a little bit of milk left. The juice machine ran water on the apple, only the cranberry and orange worked. There was literally nothing to eat and they were even out...

"Hotel could use updates and better attention to cleaning!"

"All the amenities were there (frig, microwave, coffeemaker, in room temperature control, TV, etc.) but the building itself is very outdated - older plumbing fixtures, light switches, etc. It’s the old-style drive up & park in front of the door to your room type place."
