"I really liked the convenience of self check in and out . The room was cute and cozy, it had all that we needed for our stay. It was also a clean space . The common kitchen was also great. Only thing was the slow wifi when we came back after being out , which is understandable since everyone was on it too. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Had no issues which we didn't have to be in touch with the owners . Will stay here again ."

"Absolutely no issues with the accommodation itself; we had a King Room and it was beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer. However, communication with this hotel is terrible. I still have a query outstanding from some time ago and it was urgent at the time. Staff don't seem to care. Also, they leave a deposit pending on your credit card for far too long."

"We had a fantastic stay at Black Bear Lodge. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning wooden interior that gives it a real mountain lodge feel. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal too, tucked away in a quiet setting but only a short drive from local shops, restaurants and other amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Enjoyed the modern aesthetic of the room. It was also very clean and seemed well maintained. Loved that Heavenly Village was walking distance and there were plenty of electric scooters to rent in the area if you’re feeling lazy to walk. The only real downside for me was how soft the bedding was. Mattress and pillows were too soft for my taste and I couldn’t really get a good nights rest. "Location, location, location! Nice clean, remodeled hotel right off the main drag near restaurants and shops. Small room, but very adequate for what we needed. Comfortable bed, good shower. Would stay there again"
