"Rooms were run down with the paint peeling off the walls. The shower had a hole in the ceiling. We had no soap in the room when we arrived. The hot tub and game room were closed with no explanation. The whole bottom floor smelled like smoke. "

"In this price range this is the best stay I have had yet in South Lake Tahoe. It’s not a new perfect building but it was clean and the staff was great. Bedding and bathroom were clean and carpet look new. I work I. Tahoe frequently so this will be my new go to for an affordable stay."

"Room was very dated, chairs and bed worn out and insufficient hot water. Water was Luke warm and couldn't use the Jacuzzi tub."

"The man in the office was rude. I explained to him that the tv wasn’t working instead of saying right away check to see if it was unplugged(cords were not visible.) he said all my stuff works on my property calling me a lier. Only outlet in the room was for the tv besides the one in the bathroom. Asked for an extra towel because they only give you one. He said I’m here alone I get you one later. 10 minutes later he’s walking to the back to do his laundry I never got my extra towel. There isn’t a noise restriction hour. People were slamming doors and yelling all night he wouldn’t do anything about it. Never again will I say here. "
