"So just went to this place 4/3- my honest opinion. Check in was easy and they had snacks . Bonus!! We were in building 3 and when we walked through the building door I had a bad feeling as there were only stairs, and they looked old. Got to the room and we had two bedrooms and three bathrooms, a living area and a bar with stools and a kitchen table. I brought my adult children and it was perfect. "Room, service, and amenities were fine, but the bed was extremely bad. All of us could not sleep well. My back hurts a lots and AC were so loud and made my throat so dry, so I barely slept both nights. We had extra day for offer but I just couldn't wait to go home to sleep."

"Great location and property interior well kept and furnished. Outdoor could use more lighting post. Had encounter with bear in parking lot and was not able to see much of the parking area due to poor lighting. "

"If you are looking for a location close to the Heavenly gondola with onsite parking then this is it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms have everything you need and are comfortable. Parking was great and I was aloud to leave my car for the day after checking out to get some more run in on the mountain. I would definitely stay here the next time I’m looking to ski Heavenly Mountain. "

"The place was dusty and bugs and oldish. There was a Murphy bed in the living room it was broken. The restroom by the living room was dirty there was dried poop already on the toilet seat. Of course the storm beat us to SLT and we had to detour and stay at a different hotel for the first night. I understand they are not entitled to refund us or anything but no discount or empathy from the owner/manager. I would not want to rent from a third party to stay at heavenly seeing that they’re not kept...

"Newly renovated with modern room was one of my most favorite places I’ve ever stayed in Tahoe. The bed was so comfortable and the TV was huge. The bathroom was amazingly spacious as well. There was a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge which was super convenient. There was a small table with 2 chairs that made it nice to sit at and have a meal. The only thing I would say is that if you’re on the bottom floor you can hear every single footstep and house of the people above you. I did message...
