"Very clean, quiet and well-kept. Great location."

"Convenient, near south lake downtown. View is perfect! Although it’s an old lodge it’s okay coz you are paying for the view. Room is just good to sleep and not for staycation. After all, why go to Tahoe if you just wanna stay in bed right? There’s only one fire pit so the kids were not able to do smores. By the time we want to, there are already lots of peole hanging around and it would be awkward to join especially when they’re all cozied up already. But overall, it’s a great place to stay."

"Unfortunately, the property had something die under the unit and we had to check out. They initially sent someone over with a plug in deodorizer. When we asked for our money back and checked out early they finally brought in a unit to help clean the air. "

"Clean room, excellent amenities (fitness room, free guest laundry, pool, hot tub activities room, daily activities, free bicycles for guest use, well equipped kitchenettes, daily breakfast offerings, etc) The only issue was when a young family checked in the room next to ours (no adjacent nighbors for the week prior) the rooms have very poor soundpoofing, you could hear the adults voices and a crying toddler almost as if they were in our room, not on the other side of a wall. "Everything was good, the pool not so much it was just too cold, and it’s just so slippery in there maybe more rubber mats . "

"Parking was safe and easy. Staff was amazing. Hot tub felt a little sketchy, we were on the 2nd floor and it filled up about a quarter of the way and started creaking like if we got into the tub then we would fall to the floor below lol "

"There were dirty towels, pillow cases with makeup still on them, shower didn’t get hot and there was an old food smell coming from the refrigerator."

"This place sent a message my credit card was invalid I have receipt. Then accused me of hitting a car in parking lot and said police came. Left a note on car saying come to office about the accident. The guy who owned car would not listen. Then came out 1 hour later as we were packing and talking to police on phone and said oh sorry we checked cameras it was not you. Don't stay here RUN. HORRIBLE CRAP TO WAKE UP TO."

"Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was extremely helping and welcoming. Parking and Wi Fi were free and other amenities include TV, fridge and a microwave. We really had a comfortable stay and would recommend to everyone coming to Tahoe."
