"Room was very clean!! Housekeeping staff very nice!! Front desk staff was either very nice or kinda eh. Coffee maker in room didn’t work but they brought a new one. No hairdryer in room. Faucet dropped out more water than the shower head!! You can tell this is an older hotel that they just tried to make pretty. Great location. But $40 a night for parking and the lot is tiny is not worth it!!"

"Had a wonderful stay at Ayres Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing."

"Cute hotel rooms really clean smell like Fabulosa when you were in the room. They need to add some towel holders in the area where the bathroom sink is. Continental breakfast not so great little mini muffins from Costco Etc. Yes I would stay there again."

"A shuttle from the airport across the street would have been helpful. The taxi & Ubers were super angry to have to only drive across the street - but with luggage it was pretty sketchy crossing lanes of traffic. Lounge was closed, no food service, no coffee bar or continental breakfast, water was a little hard to come by"

"Never stay at this hotel—it’s a total dump. When we arrived, they didn't even have a room for us, despite the fact that we had made a reservation five days in advance. To make matters worse, they never gave us our refund. It was the absolute worst experience possible"

"Night one, one of the managers JUST WALKED IN AND STARTED TALKING TO MY KIDS, I heard and got up and went to see what was going on and a woman in a blue button up told me “I’m doing inspections but it’s okay, EXCUSE ME, you just LET YOURSELF IN? For the first 2 nights there was an early Morin noise it sounded like someone was banging metal on the rails of another room."
