"We were very disappointed in the breakfast. It was very basic but the hotel description was way more descriptive then what was actually provided. We will not stay again because we needed breakfast be to be included and there wasn't much to offer."

"We stayed five nights at the Residence Inn Downtown Ann Arbor and had a great experience. We were fortunate to have a panoramic king suite on the fourth floor and it was a perfect setup for my husband and me and our dog. It was well-equipped with what we needed (the only ding there would be that some grout by the shower door wall and floor could use some love). And FYI, if you’re tall and/or have bad knees, the toilet is LOW. The staff were all exceptional. Adrianna, Stephen, and the new guy...

"The rooms are excellent!!! Clean and very well appointed. Hotel staff was polite , professional, and very helpful. We had dinner at the Hotel and the food and service was amazing. The Property is very well kept and very easy to access. Valet parking was courteous and prompt in all our interactions. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Special thanks to Ethan for the exceptional service."

"The staff was great, and overall it was a nice trip. The rooms that have the option of adjoining are not soundproof at all, you can hear almost everything through the closed door. Our air did not work, luckily it was cool enough but it was muggy. We were offered a fan, which was appreciated, but it was not a great solution. "

"We had a Roomy apartment with a great location to the Main street with restaurants and shops. The apartment had two bedrooms with a king beds in each with a TV capable of streaming . Two full baths. Full size washer/ dryer . Full kitchen. Large living area with flat screen tv. Draw backs: Across the street of a nightclub. Could hear the music and crowds until after midnight. The second bedroom is away from the street and quieter. There is a Major street project going on (signs in elevator...

"The grounds need attention. The entire back side was dirty needs yard work. The Homewood Hitel next door was an eyesore. Something going on because the hotel seemed closed down but k9 cars and some dressed up people wandering around. Strange atmosphere. "
