"Pool was closed, only had access to the Flamingo go party pool which blasted club beats from noon to 6 every day that shook the windows of my 8th floor suite. The same when there were private pool events at night. Not sure what the resort fees was getting us as the hotel pool was closed for repair. Maybe it was for free wifi and some water each day - pretty much a rip off. However, the hotel was very clean and the staff were nice. "

"The hotel overall was fine. The front desk manager Alex D was very rude to guests and it doesn’t meet 5 star hotel standards. I recommend the hotel fire him to protect the hotel brand. Will not go back."

"This was our repeat stay - love the location (10 mins walk to Bellagio), $10 parking, no resort fees, the amenities and the wonderful staff. This is our default place to stay in Las Vegas! Only bummer is no pool on site for renovations - but you get keys to go swim in the Marriott next doors. The view from our rooms had a partial Strip view - great to see the Sphere from the bedroom. Had an excellent stay and will come back!"

"It was a good location there is a hallway that connects to the belagio. Only drawback is the windows were dirty. Which I’m sure are not easy to clean."

"Great time at the cosmo! One of the only few hotels with an awesome balcony overlooking the Bellagio fountains. Stayed on the 38th floor, which had stunning views. I would definitely come back."

"While this old hotel needs some updating, the location is amazing, but the staff here are what make it a great stay. I wish I could remember his name but one of the managers (he’s originally from Albuquerque) chased down our Uber when my wife left her back pack sitting in the parking lot! This was just one example of how he, and others, kept us safe and enjoying our visit. We will absolutely stay here again."

"Breakfast was good. They just need to add some bacon or sausage to the menu but all choices were good and well cooked, fruit was fresh. The room was very comfortable for us, and kitchen was clean."
