"Shower curtain rod broken and bugs in shower. Staff very nice let us have an extra hour to check out. Dated property. Needs an update."

"This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better."

"The room was clean, the staff was nice, the breakfast was very good. The kids were disappointed that the pool not in service. We would stay here again. Thanks!"

"When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location. Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast." Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on...

"I thought check in was quick and easy but when I asked about the closet entrance to our room the response was next to the pool. Great but where’s the pool This was our first time to this brand hotel so saying by the pool meant nothing. Also housekeeping came in and took our towels and left clean bed sheets on the unmade bed. Are we to change the sheets ourselves???? Yes the happy hour is nice but not sure if that makes the up for not having the feeling of being welcomed"

"Hole in the door, the shower was broke did not help to fix it. I told her about the door. She said we still couldn’t put me in a different room I had booked the Jacuzzi room. Did I receive a Jacuzzi room said I booked the wrong room not never staying here a again no elevators"

"Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!"

"Linens weren’t changed prior to check in. The pillow cases were obviously reused. There was beard hair in the sink, dirt in the shower. Gaps and cracks in caulking."

"Continental breakfast was great, lots to choose from. It was disappointing the pool was not open."

"Walked into the room and there was a foul odor. We reported it to the desk and they quickly moved us to a different room and helped us with the move. After that it was a very pleasant stay."
