"This was such a bad hotel I have 4 asd kids ages 16 -14 - 12 - 9 but me in wrong room costed a lot of money and ended up in 2 different rooms and the manners of the staff were very rude!! I will be speaking to Blackpool council about this never again will I stay at this hotel very dirty full of flys and not cleaned at all!! I am very upset!! Look at 2 pictures look totally different!! "

"Family friendly hotel with sea view close to all the attractions. Hosts were lovely and gave lots of tips about travel and booking attractions which is not easy to find. All areas were very clean and decorated in a modern style. We didn't have breakfast as my boys enjoy a lie in, but it smelled amazing!!!"

"Nice new hotel. Little gem. Just be wary that there is no parking outside due to the permit parking area in Blackpool that the hotel is located in (outside the hotel's control). However, we will definitely be back regardless of this."
