"It was just lovely here. The room was great, clean and had quite a few little touches that I found very thoughtful. The code to get in will not work until check in time though… it’s automated, we were about 10mins early and it didn’t open the door. A cleaner let us put our things inside. I would recommend and choose to stay here again."

"Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked. "Basic room however a heater is included and bed was clean and unlike some local alternatives didn't have bed bugs, unfortunately I had an issue when I arrived back in the room it was quite like nearly 11pm I messaged the hosts and it was literally fully resolved in space of 5 mins I will definitely be visiting again "

"This was such a bad hotel I have 4 asd kids ages 16 -14 - 12 - 9 but me in wrong room costed a lot of money and ended up in 2 different rooms and the manners of the staff were very rude!! I will be speaking to Blackpool council about this never again will I stay at this hotel very dirty full of flys and not cleaned at all!! I am very upset!! Look at 2 pictures look totally different!! "It's a good place for the price and it is easy to come and go as you please. It's close to South pier, on the tram route into Central Blackpool and bus routes to Blackpool and Lytham and Blackpool South railway station for Preston and beyond. Fairly quiet and there are nearby facilities."
