"Room itself fine but newly fitted shower tray flooded bathroom - Room service poor as 3 different menus give 3 different times this is available and a 4 Star hotel stopping room service at 8.00pm???? Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great."

"My partner and I had a wonderful weekend here in room 356 a nice size room with a balcony and a sea view .Breakfast buffet style with great options.The swimming pool ,sauna and hot tub fantastic.The beach is massive and it is a nice relaxing quiet area not like Blackpool we will definitely be back here highly recommend."

"On booking the St Ives Hotel we were informed that the room would be in the annexe and that there would be some steps to negotiate to access the room. No mention that the annexe is located in what appeared to be a service yard and that the room is effectively below ground! Very shabby and grubby. Would definitely not go back there "

"The cottage by mode were very clean and spacious. However it was cold and uncomfortable in the mornings and evenings. No other form of heating in the lounge i.e a fire Beds uncomfortable because two singles pushed together which easily moved. Fix the heating and the beds and I would give it 5 stars "

"The room was nice and clean , not happy about having to try find a cash machine last minute to leave £60 deposit for room, wouldn't let me have the key to use the toilet in my room untl i got the money, no plug in bathroom sink and when i went down to tell woman behind counter i was told no rooms have a plug in the sink,how are you supposed to have a wash a"

"Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked. "I stayed at the hotel between the 11-13 of July. Very hot weekend. Price of the hotel included PARKING and air conditioning. When I arrived I found out there is only a fan with water in the room. I was told exactly where to park by the receptionist which never bothered to let me know I need to register the parking as if I should miraculously know. I received a penalty for the for the free parking because I did not register and was never told to do so. I’m now having to pay £170 because of the...
