"The hotel was phenomenal! We were greeting so warmly on arrival and given great dining and neighborhood tips by Ben- who was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and all aspects of the hotel and dining/ bar spaces were gorgeous and full of character. We enjoyed The Portrait Bar a couple of times and had such fun. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and a spectacular dinner at Cafe Carmellini. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was top notch.

"An excellent hotel in a fantastic location, within a couple of minute walking distance of Times Square, 5th Avenue, Bryant Park, the Subway and a Wholefoods store for snacks. It is the perfect location in central New York but tucked away from the craziness of Times Square. The rooms are of a good size for central New York and are very well appointed with Dyson hairdryers, Nespresso Coffee machines and nice toiletries. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
