"Erica and the Ode were awesome. Little Portugal was a super organic and safe place to hangout. Lots of cool coffee and places to eat. The Ode was accommodating and helpful with all our needs. We loved the room and all its amenities. We’ll be coming back."

"The room and balcony were not clean. Gross actually. Parking very expensive, owned by them so it’s just to grab more cash. Very expensive for the quality of the place. Still in construction and they don’t mention it. The pictures make it look like a high end hotel. The place is a box and not high end at all. Especially for the cost. The front desk was friendly. Hard to find the place. Instructions were not sent ahead. Etc. A lot of things they need to work on."

"There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady. "

"Very loud - woken up at 7am by a garbage pick up as the concierge said. Furthermore there was construction on my floor and so I had to manoeuvre around with a broken toe."
