"This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever been at and I’ve traveled alot. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to see a Blue Jays game or visit downtown Toronto. The added features like the soft bedding and electric moving shades make the stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. I’ll probably be back."

"Stayed here before early morning flight out of Toronto airport and it was very convenient and affordable. On-site parking for car for the keep at very reasonable price. Short Uber from the airport. The place was very nice and clean. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Room was great for the price. Quite small and could use a few minor updates but overall very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone travelling and would definitely stay there again."

"Great stay and value! Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast had a good variety of options that refilled quick when running low.
I personally found the layout of two floors especially beneficial. Elevators in hotels with more levels usually mean it’s much busier and the waits sometimes would be long. The ease to enter and leave made it much more convenient."

"I stay here all the time the regular hotel staff at the front desk are great unfortunately one of the clients left something in their room and I went to the front desk to retrieve it. The representative was extremely rude. It took over 45 minutes I had to ask to speak to a manager in order to get the item the manager was unapologetic and seemed to double down on the rudeness, not impressed."

"The stay was good but basic essential needs were not available. There was no provision of water available, one needs to buy from their vending machine or bring from outside.
Secondly, only one charging port was available to charge one thing at a time which is not feasible if you want to charge multiple devices together.
Furthermore, there was no access to online streaming platforms, one have to login their account on their device. So no availability for entertainment.

"The room smells damp. The white window curtain never closes. The room is dark and not enough light in room. Bathrobes are stained with yellowish color, towels are dirty with stains on them.
