"The hotel is very clean, comfortable and convenient to the airport. Nothing good to say about the staff. We called three times for the shuttle and got no answer. Ended up taking a cab for $25 to go three blocks. Front desk were rude and unapologetic for the inconveniences that we encountered and then tried to charge more than we were quoted for the room. Tried to blame it on the World Cup. Never again."
