"We were surprised and quite disappointed especially since the facility was advertised on expedia as a hotel, on getting there, we got a motel. We paid for hotel services on expedia but got a motel. The rooms we stayed in were not as displayed in the pictures."

"This hotel is a home for displaced individuals, there were permanent residents in rooms that were not even one star quality. I did not even sleep there as I did not feel safe and instead booked a different motel down the road. My intuition was correct as when I turned up the next day I saw the reception front windows had been smashed in overnight. Definitely avoid this hotel"

"We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony. The unit was very clean and we had all the necessary amenities to use that made for a comfortable stay. Full kitchen, living room with TV and Foxtel, balcony etc. The unit is handy for the local shopping mall and train station to the city. "Room was ok nice and clean. Shower was really good. Parking the car is a bit hit and miss. Had to park away from the room. Not a big deal as we didn’t have much luggage and only stayed one night. Overall it was ok."

The room environmentally was dark, the temperature was comfortable and was very quiet despite being on a busy street.
