"Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet, accommodating and friendly breakfast hostess. Property is walking distance to spring training and several restaurants and shopping. Our only disappointment was the beds ... (I felt like goldilocks, but didn't find the "just right") our first room had a bed spring that came through mattress and cut my leg. The second room had a mattress with a sinking middle."

"Everything was excellent. Our room was roomy, clean, the bed comfortable, the shower was wonderful. The staff, from the front desk, food servers, housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was full service and delicious. The hot tub was very nice and sitting out by the pool. I would have given Windmill a 5 except the pool needed to be cleaned so we did not swim in it. It was very disappointing. I let the front desk know that it had algae and needed cleaning. They started taking care of it but it took 6 days before they drained it. I hope that future customers are able to have a wonderful time by the pool. I will definitely stay there again and really did enjoy my stay."

"Best part was the breakfast and coffee set up. Next best part was the shower pressure. Overall, it was not vey clean, lots of maintenance issues, and rooms are VERY loud due to proximity to Bell Rd and the 101 (we had to go buy a fan (they didn't have any for us to use) to block out the traffic noise). The window coverings allow lots of light in when closed, which made sleeping tough (street lights, sun, headlights, etc.). Staff seemed nice and helpful, but overall this is a pretty low-rent place, even for an Express."

Not quite a hotel not quite an apartment something in between It is a new place but it’s only good point was the price The laundry room is a bad experience It is easier to go to the laundromat No pool no breakfast terrible coffee It is in a safe area not close to dining only fast food Has a kitchen but no utensils or pans. They Must be purchased on site. Not loaned and the last thing I wanted to buy to only have to throw away Very strange setup to me"
