"We stayed there before and had enjoyed breakfast, but this time, I regretted paying for it in advance because it's totally overpriced for what was offered ($25pp per day). I would recommend buying own croissants at the bakery. There is also a supermarket nearby. We paid $25pp for the 3 days we stayed and there was not much offered on the buffet and the coffee was barely warm. We were also charged $16 for 2 small cans of nuts we took by mistake."

Walking distance to old town Vence shop and restaurants was great … big thank you to Brunna she was so pleasant and helpful with everything we didn’t have the breakfast option but enjoyed the warm out side pool…. My wife and I strongly recommend this little villa hotel and hopefully come back again ."

"This is a very sweet smaller simple hotel with a lot of charm and is run by the sweetest family of all ages They are very kind and the main person who works here speaks English and is extremely helpful. This is a very affordable place in a nicer area outside of Nice with some pretty views. It’s more ideal for someone who has a car or can take rides or the bus into Nice to see the sights there because Vence is further away."

"L'une des pires en 20 ans de déplacements. Salle de bain qui sent les égouts en arrivant et tv arrachée sur le lit (si si c'est réel). Chambre 21. Je demande bien sûr une chambre "correcte". Me voilà dans la 31 avec une clim d'appoint sans tuyau d'évacuation, une chaise de bureau avec un pied dévissé (je lai réparée moi même) et une insonorisation avec reveil à 5h du matin. Resto du soir idem chaise cassée mais personne n'était au courant. Le genre de petit déj sans buffet où on vous amène 3...

"We got upgraded to a suite on the second night that we stayed there. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The suite was one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. It’s in a great location. Very accommodating staff was very accommodating and especially helpful with the car and luggage. I can’t recommend any better place to stay in Saint Paul. You will not be disappointed."
