"The parking garage is easy and convenient. It is a little tight but worth it. The front desk reception is nice and the staff was super nice helpful. The water view room was super nice and spacious. We loved the room! The area outside can be a little sketchy so just be aware of your surroundings."

"Amazing experience at the Moore , Miami design district. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Dreamy beds. The attention to detail with the chocolates at bedside everyday was such a great treat. The hotel is within walking distance from many high end and contemporary stores as well as restaurants and museums. "When I walked in to check in the guy asked me to wait b/c they were changing shifts. I nicely sat down, to wait. Another gentleman came and needed to check in and waited in front of the desk. Instead of waiting on me first he front desk guy helped the gentleman. I walked up where they were and the gentleman had to remind the front desk guy that I was there first."

"From the moment you pulled up and the valet attendant greeted you , I knew this was going to be a great hotel. The lobby is an art museum and the rooms were to notch. A small kitchenette, sitting room, the cozy bedroom to the spa like bathroom was just was I needed. "A lot of hidden fees if you are driving, valet parking was 90 extra dollars per night. They don’t offer any other parking options rooms were small overall disappointed not what I was expecting at the price range offered. Staff and facilities were good enough nice enough and clean just very expensive for what they’re offering."

"We booked this place based on its great reviews, though our first impression was a bit confusing. The gate was closed and it didn’t feel very inviting at first. There was a number to text, so we reached out, and within a few minutes we were greeted and let in. Once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. We really loved the place, the room was clean and comfortable, and the garden was beautiful. Overall, it turned out to be a wonderful stay."

"I was misled by the description as it said the room has a window. The window was to the hallway. It wasn’t a window to outside where I can see sunlight. Also, the unit smelled really like someone had a cat that urinated in the unit. Also, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. It was raced sporadic. I had to go three several occasions to a nearby coffee shop in order to connect to Wi-Fi and attend my three Zoom meeting. It was not a pleasant day. This is my second time staying in this location. "The hotel was so nice I would come back every time I go to miami! We were only there for a short amount of time for a layover and we are so sad we couldn’t spend more time and use all the amenities! Regardless it was lovely, nice staff, easy check in, beautiful room and view, would definitely recommend!"

"It really smelled horrible on the fourth floor. We complained several times. This hotel is used for medical purposes such as dialysis BBL’s and other medical purposes. It smelled like a nursing home in a hospital. We stayed here before our cruise. A lot of service people/workers going to other jobs. Come in to get coffee and food so you don’t know who is hotel staff/guest I would not stay here ever again a roach was seen at breakfast."
