"It was a wonderful stay! Our condo was clean and had all necessary amenities. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The gift shop was not overly expensive for the souviners and had a wonderful thoughtful selection. The food market was slightly expensive but… the wifi was not strong and our bedroom did not have a remote but no big deal. The pools were plentiful but very crowded. "We loved this stay; everything honestly just fell into place. This was a last-minute trip after the 4th of July. We couldn't have asked for better. Right on the edge of town as soon as you come in. Parking was a breeze, the room was cold, the shower was hot, and the bed was comfy. We even got a small fireworks show from Dollywood around 10 pm while sitting by the pool. "First we had no idea that the buildings were set up on a hill which made walking to the attractions very difficult with having to go up and down a very steep incline which cars go up and down. The pool was not easy to get too. Breakfast was a joke. Muffins, pastry that would be from a vending machine was not worth calling a breakfast. The front desk was nice and when called with a problem in the room with a sink - this was fix immediately. But I would probably stay somewhere else where...

"When having this listing on Expedia, it should clearly say that waterpark is not included with the resort. It’s very misleading. So you make reservations because you want to take your kids to a waterpark and turn around and have to spend additional money for waterpark tickets."
