"I felt that it was very ghetto this time around. We used to come here every year, including this one, but this will be our last year. There was so many kids in the pool unattended parents nowhere to be found that used to be a place to relax now I don’t feel that way anymore."

"When I booked my room I thought I had a queen bed but my mistake it was two double beds. They told me I couldn’t upgrade because they were fully booked, at 1 am I woke up not feeling well and went to the bathroom got sick and went to bed….
