"We ended up upgrading to a cabin and had a wonderful time! The cabins were private, clean, perfect size and beautiful views. All the employees were very nice, the restaurant on the property had great food and a live musician (Mr. Miller was fantastic). We will definitely be back! We also went to the close vineyard and had a great time there as well. My husband really enjoyed the wine (I don’t drink wine). I enjoyed the cheese and crackers"

"Brook Trout Inn was delightful and I will be coming back in the future! I appreciated the care of the staff and the location to Gorges State Park. Great hiking and yummy local restaurants, all close by!"

"If you are looking for a quiet and restful experience. The Whitney Lodge is just the place. We had a nice room with balcony view of Beaver Lake. We visited over 4th of July weekend and we saw fireworks all around the lake from our balcony. Thinking a stay in the fall would be amazing."

"Lodge staff were helpful and location was great . Unfortunately hallways smelt of mildew and felt very humid and we had an awful bug "ROACH" problem in our room in building C . This was our first visit to the lodge and we will not be visiting again due to poorly maintained pest control . staff was unable to give us another room and instead sent maintenance to spray . Sadly it didnt help much so we were not able to finish our stay due to the issue ."

"We really love this hotel. The location was perfect. The grounds were beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. We could watch the sunset in the evening right in front of our room. Waterfront hotel, easy access to everything yet out of the main hubbub of town. Highly recommend this hotel."
