"Friendly welcome even though we arrived late; about 7pm. Room was tidy, warm and full kitchen facilities were perfect. Close to New World to buy groceries for our 3 nights. Cleaners were lovely as well. As they are pet friendly, i will be bringing my dog next time. "

"The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. However, the main reason I chose this hotel was for the rooftop bar and restaurant, only to find it's closed on Sunday and Monday nights. I also paid $53 for breakfast (for two) because of the great reviews from others. However, the restaurant was closed for the public holiday, so instead we were given a voucher to have breakfast at Ibis, only a 2 min walk away. Unfortunately, the food and drink were awful, and the staff...

"The location was grass, apartment was lovely, staff were friendly, however the bed was like a plank of wood, it was the hardest bed we have slept in for a long time. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay"

"Kami menyewa apartment 2 kamar di lantai 5. Kondisi sangat baik karena hotel tersebut masih baru. Semua perlengkapan basic tersedia termasuk mesin cuci dan pengering. "This is a great property in a fantastic location in the city. Apartment - Comfort Room - was spacious with an excellent layout. Staff were fabulous throughout - offered help re parking, flexible at checkout and genuinely lovely people."

"In the middle of the nite there are lots of police car sirens, some drunks talk loudly, and the worst was a couple of drunks fighting loudly and involve police. It was weekend nite though.."

"The Sudima group of hotels seems to be very consistent with very thoughtfully designed rooms, and VERY helpful staff who truly go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay experience. The hotel was well situated near the Hagley Park and walkable to the town center for lots of dining and shopping options. Will certainly be keeping an eye out for this hotel chain next time we are in New Zealand."
