"We had a wonderful stay here despite having some plumping issues in the first room we were given. Upon notifying staff of the issues we were having, we got upgraded to a larger room at no cost. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding. Both rooms were nice and clean. The free breakfast was also fantastic. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This property was the calm in the midst of the storm. The staff was so kind and helpful when it came to assisting us with checking in and finding another night for us in the hotel. All of the staff took their time in answering all of our questions and treated us with so much respect. We are grateful."

"Everything was clean. The room was comfortable. The only issue I had was the lack of information. There was no map or anything to show you where the exercise room was or the layout of the hotel.You could order room service but you really didn't know should you use an app or should you call there's no information there to direct you or assist you and trying to determine what the valet's number is. Besides that everything else was great."

"The staff was incredibly welcoming after an 8 hour drive. This is by far the cleanest hotel I have *ever* stayed at and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. The pool was immaculate and did not smell like intense chlorine like most hotel pools. Our room was incredibly clean & breakfast was lovely. Zero notes. Thank you! We will stay true to Tru!"

"Spacious and clean. Great common area with generous, comfortable seating, fire pit, and grill. Decent breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Worked really well for our team families, even though staff were quite firm when warning about 10 pm quiet time when we checked in."
