"Parking is the worst! Super small spaces and both nights after a long day coming back having to figure out where or how to park was horrible. The staff the first night was super friendly and that's what saved the experience. The 2nd night I was told I could park across the street with no security or surveillance. Practically had to crawl through a window to get out after parking. They need to assign parking and have 1 car per room."

"Proximity to Universal Studios & shops & restaurants is a big plus. Room & amenities were good, bed was clean & comfortable. Parking was ok. It would be nicer to have more accessible power outlets & a facility to charge mobile phone at the bedside table. Having to go to a sister hotel a mile away for late check-in (past 9pm) is a definite inconvenience when one is already tired from a long drive but staff was helpful."

It is very convenient to all attractions that one may want to visit in Hollywood - Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre, Pantages Theatre... The staff (actually one person per shift who takes care of the front desk, valet parking, room delivery of any wants or needs, etc.) was most welcoming and made a point of addressing us by name each time they saw us.
