"Nice front office staff. Room was not cleaned / tidied by staff just emptied garbage cans. Had key card malfunctions, false alarm fire alarm and evacuation in the middle of the night. Very basic room, very small but acceptable. Elevators had an odd system to prevent longer lines, but still very odd. Good location. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Hotel location is in Times Square which is very close to food, shopping and Broadways shows. The problem is the waiting time for elevator during morning 8-10 am, it may take you up to 15 minutes to go to lobby or your room. And the toilet bowl clogged several times during my stay. "
