"The property is just like the advertisement. The breakfast seems as if it was just thrown together you can tell that there was no love put into it. Some staff members weren't too friendly. At first we thought it was due to the language barrier but that wasn't the case, because our house keeper Cho Cho was awesome. "Pullman Naithon beach is our favourite resort....we came back because our first stay was so enjoyable to be even more impressed this time.
The service across the board is exemplary and the property is extremely clean and well maintained.
The buffet breakfast restaurant (Echo) is even better than two years ago (and it was a big reason we returned) and the home delivery service(in room dining) was efficient and the food of high quality.
We are already planning our next visit."

"Supalai is a beautiful spot with the things you'd expect- restaurant, room service, pool, shuttles, etc. what makes Supalai beyond incredible is the staff. From the front desk to the property workers to the massage therapists, from the chef and kitchen staff to the cleaning staff, everyone is so above and beyond, every time. It feels like Supalai hires people who genuinely want to give a good south Thailand experience. I look forward to getting here and am sad to leave, and cannot wait to book...
