"Picked this property as we had family that had stayed here the year before; it was clean & comfortable. Expedia didn't relay the dog information, but we did alert the front desk at check-in. Halfway through unpacking, they realised their mistake, so we had to move what we had unpacked to the new room. The room was atrocious. "Einiges ist renovierungsbedürftig und ganz sauber war es nicht. Die Halterung vom Fernseher zB hat schon Wochen keinen Putzlappen gesehen. Vorherige Anfragen wurden nach der Buchung gar nicht beantwortet. Da musste der Assistent von Expedia sich einschalten. Frühstück ging gar nicht. Unmöglich.
