"Have stayed several times and can honestly say it's always excellent."

"This is a great little gem! Clean, well maintained, Great staff. Close to Salmon Arm with a quick drive in to town."

"My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Prestige in Salmon Arm! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, the food was excellent, and the amenities were fantastic. We had a beautiful lake-view room, which made our stay even more special. The entire experience was relaxing, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for during our little getaway. You can tell the staff take pride in making their guests feel...

"We enjoyed our stay but we noticed the carpet wasn't vacuumed the 4 nights we were there. Also the mini fridge made a horrible and loud noise. We had to unplugged it! The rooms are clean, nice, modern and well maintained. In general the hotel is very nice. Definitely coming back but vacuum please!"

"Everything was good, great value"

"Nice hotel close to Kamloops."

"the staff were nice but the hotel was very dirty the breakfast was terrible the cleanliness in the room for breakfast was very dirty"

"Front desk Jeff, was most attentive to our needs. Much appreciated"

"They were very helpful and loved my big boy Cledus - my dog... They kept giving hm cookies everytime we went past the desk. He loved that! I chose the hotel because they are pet friendly and it worked out great for us. Good comfy room where I could set up his kennel without an issue."

"There were bedbugs. They’re was no manager on site to discuss this issue."
